Best mens clothing store in Irvine, California (CA) 2025

Was shopping around for my first custom suit for a wedding and went to quite a few other custom suit tailors (all the popular ones you can imagine) and I found myself booking an appointment at TruTailor. I was greeted by Aaron and he walked me through the TruTailor process and also provided some amazing background and education on the threads, materials, and suit fittings. Aaron was very informative, humorous, and knowledgeable. He made the experience very comfortable and a good time. He guides you through the journey of making the perfect suit for you and it was truly appreciated. I just received my suit and it is everything I expected. I am very happy with the process and more importantly with the product. I intend to be a customer for life here. Whether you're a custom suit veteran or someone just dabbling into getting your first custom suit and not sure what questions to ask, then this place is for you. I’ve been working with Blake the last couple years and the experience has been outstanding. He helped me look at my current outfits, throw out the stuff I knew I’d been keeping for way too long, and build up a new wardrobe that is both stylish and comfortable. If I could put 0 stars for this location I would.. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life at Nordstrom! On the website and they always advertise a hassle free policy when returning something and I've never had problems in the past or with any other location except for this one… once the manager came to help she automatically said she could not do the return because because I did not have my receipt And wouldn't even give me store credit and basically was accusing me of stealing! she said it's a high priced item and they could easily been stolen. So she basically called me a thief. I'm an outraged. After she Denied my return she followed me through the store while I was looking at clothes and I decided to just leave because that was very uncomfortable. As I was going down the escalator, (manager still following me) a lady that just sold me a 400 dollar item stopped me to show me something that I wanted but I turn to find the manager standing right behind me on her walkie talkie calling security wanting them to come help her for whatever reason. So I told the lady that I was about to purchase from that I was sorry but I couldn't deal with the management there and I won't shop there anymore. It's Humiliating and embarrassing. The pictures shows her following me down the stairs which means she was following me for awhile since I was still looking at clothes. 0 0 0 stars horrible service don't shop here ~Ari
