Shell

Stopped here for gas on Sat 09/10/22 around 3:30pm. Two workers, male and female, are rude AS HELL. I walked in initially to get a couple drinks and the woman was sweeping. Completely ignored me after I said excuse me, and even swept over my feet a couple times with her broom. I went in again after pumping because my car had died and I needed a jump. The freaking sign outside said they serviced batteries. When I asked the man at the counter, I got "uhhhh yeah no I don't have any cables". When I asked "not even in your service center...that services batteries?" I was met with "uhhhh yeah no. To be honest, I don't work in there so I don't know what's in there." I was standing there, from out of town, at this point stranded with my 6 month old in my arms and a dead car. You couldn't just check?? And the woman just laughed the whole time. Completely disrespectful and a complete lack of human decency. I'd call to speak to a higher authority, but judging by the other reviews, this is typical, disgusting behavior from this establishment. ~Ashley

Panda Express

Overall good. I couldn't give 5 stars because I felt something weird. I ordered fried shrimp entry for my first entry which charges $1.25 I believe. I don't remember exact price for it but it charged extra. Anyways, they purposely take shrimps out of my tray. It means my first entry was filled only half way. And then she filled second entry with orange chicken and added more orange chicken on my first entry which was filled only half to fill the rest. Taste is good and I don't see difference with other panda express restaurants. I say I give 4.5 stars. I just want to give high rating for this restaurant because we have such restaurant in Irvine campus. I mean thanks for being here. ~Cheonwoo

Kija Hair Salon

Went to this place because the reviews were decent and I always like to support local family businesses. My experience was interesting. Lady that cut my hair did an ok job and it was probably the fastest haircut I have ever had...not sure if it was worth $60 even though their website says a haircut is $50...still not sure the cut I got was worth that much. When I say my experience was interesting, it's emphasizing on the customer service part. When I arrived the place was a ghost town and an older lady came from the back and greeted me but didn't tell me her name. Wasn't a big deal for me, I'm not much of a talker anyway. Everything was fine up until it was time for the haircut....lady never spoke a word, the only time she spoke was to talk on the phone. She was cutting my hair as if she was in a hurry yet there was no one there...and she would poke my head hard if she wanted me to move my head a certain way. I was caught off guard, never been knocked around like that by a "hair stylist". Then when it came to blowdry my hair, it was super hot and she had burnt my scalp a few times. I really hate to say it but I will probably not go back and can understand why this place isn't busy. ~Jennifer

Prudence CPA - Tax Preparation & Accounting Service

Joseph is one of the most prominent and professional CPAs is south Orange County that I dealt with. I have been filling taxes for years and by far he is the best. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain to his clients what is best for them and also educates his client to his best ability about changes and new laws that keep changing in the taxes area. For sure would recommend him to take care of business and personal taxes to anyone I know with great confidence. ~M
