I’ve already made a review with my last google account but I couldn’t leave another one so again I am leaving another horrible review. I have had my braces on for 4 years….4 years when initially I was supposed to have them on for 2. I am 21 years old and I’ve had them since I was 17. The first day I got them on, Broke immediately. Then when the adjustment appointment came up. The assistants or whoever does the tightening are not gentle. I was in pain for the longest time, causing me to pop pills like candy. Then because of inflation, bills going up, I had a hard time making payments to my braces. They would not work with me, no adjustments, no anything. I am now like a month away from getting my braces taken off and I called the finance department and they told me that since I’m late making my payments I would not be able to get services done. I had originally talked to another rep on the phone and they said that I could still get services while making payments…..that went out the window and I had to come up with a way to get $600 so I won’t be stuck with them for another 2 years. Ladies at the front desk always talk bad about patients thinking we can’t hear them. Always talking gossip. Always having attitude. I will NEVER be going back. Not for ortho, not for general, nor will I be taking my daughter here in the future since nothing has seemed to change from when I left a bad review 3 years ago. Parents please don’t take your child here unless you want them in major pain and others please don’t go here unless you want to lose all of your hard earned money and fight every single time you go here. ~Vanessa

At 10;45 am I ordered 10 Sandwiches to be picked up at 11:30 paid for them on the app added the tip and hope for the best. I needed the sandwiches for a branch meeting for my office just down the street. I arrived at 11:30 and understandably they were very busy and have a line as it is Veterans Day and a lot of people have the day off. There was a gentleman waiting for his food when I got there that was extremely irate and talking down to the staff so you can imagine the frustration that the staff was dealing with at this time, he had exclaimed that he was waiting 30 minutes for his order. I stood in the background waiting patiently just hoping to hear my name called to pick up my sandwiches and head back to my office. Moments later my name was called and I was handed a brown paper bag and headed back to my office to meet with my staff. The problem is is that when I unpacked the bag and started handing them out to my staff I was missing a sandwich. I knew at this point I would need to call them so they could make the sandwich and I could just easily walk in pick it up and leave again. I called the Jersey Mikes and was immediately put on hold. After four minutes I decided to just get in my car and drive back to the Jersey Mikes to get the sandwich that I needed. When I arrived at the Jersey Mikes I was still on hold as no one had ever picked up the phone. When I arrived at the counter with my receipt to tell them I was shorted a sandwich I was told that they didn’t have the ingredients to make that sandwich, no one told me that when I came in to pick them up no one offered to make me a different sandwich I guess they just decided that the best option was to send me away with nine of the 10 sandwiches that I had paid for . No apology nothing, and then I had to wait 10 minutes to get a sandwich but I should’ve gotten 30 minutes before. I understand that people are shortstaffed, this was not the instance as there was at least seven people working behind the counter, I understand that mistakes happen, but not one person apologize for the inconvenience not just of me having to drive back-and-forth to pick them up but for me leaving 10 people waiting in my office for a meeting that I preplanned for and ultimately did not quite work out OK I know now that using Jersey Mike’s for a large order is not the best advice ~Debi

I love this location. The employees are so friendly and always willingly to help. The energy of this Costco is very warm and bright. I love the service and the how management does for this place. ~Gr888things
