Definitely the type of place for guys who are trying to get something that fits well and feels nice. A bit pricey, but a welcome change from all the places that don’t carry the right sizes. ~Tw1n5nak3

We went three nights in one week to buy a lot of things for our house. Two times the lady spent over backwards and we're very helpful and we left with things he wasn't even there to buy cuz they gave us such good deals. Then a couple other ones don't work so hard they just scan your stuff and take your money. But they do have some very good workers there when they need part-time and she's been there a long long time she's very very helpful. ~betty

Greedy!! Tries to take advantage of customer trades. Must think customers are uneducated or don't know basic math. Was willing to trade $200 retail shoes for $100 retail shoes. Regardless of the mark up price they were still getting a good deal but they still wanted me to pay $140 on top of the trade for some shoes that cost $100 retail. Sorry but momma didn't raise no fool. ~Manuel

The customer service here was horrible! 2 associates one male and female were at the counter. They paused their conversation just long enough to say hello. They didn’t offer assistance or nor did they stop their conversation which including mostly curse words. It’s very unprofessional to stand at the front of your place of business And use obscene language and ignore your duties which include helping the customers. The selection at this location is also a problem. They have 3 walls of just fitted hats. When I asked where the snap backs were they didn’t bother to show me they just pointed to an area on the wall. Didn’t find what I needed nor did I get assistance so I left this store quickly. This is precisely why I do my shopping online. ~Shani

We love coming to this T-Mobile. The employees here are really friendly and they make sure that you leave the store satisfied. We have been coming here for years and never experienced any problems. Michael L is the one who helps us whenever we go to the store. He is really sweet and nice. He makes sure that whatever we need assistance on that it is fixed. I recommend going to this T-Mobile if you need any assistance with your phone needs. ~Pauline

It's a food court, it shouldn't take 30 minutes for a chicken bake and a churro. Poor management on 7/5 at 7:30. ~Stacy
