To open a new account on appointment only and first open appointment 10 days after not aceptable they need to have more personal you are loosing new customer this way other bank it's easier to open a account ~Edwin

Friendly staff who know you by name. Great rates and free checking. Can use ATM card at any CO-OP atm without fees. Only issues I've ever had were when trying to withdraw several thousand dollars at a time without advance notice. Because they are so small, they don't keep that much cash on hand. ~Julio
