Maybe you should change your branch hours on Google and your phone tree so people dont drive 20 miles to the branch to find out it closed hours ago 🙄

Worst banking expirience ever.. puts checks on TWO WEEK hold! For no apperant reason super difficult to work with always charging overdraft even with overdraft protection! Cancelling my account and never returning !

They worked on my issue to the best of their ability. Prefer this location to the Standiford one, which seems like a tomb. The trick to having ZERO fees with Chase is direct deposit and minimum balances. Use technology (cards vs cash) and move resources via online banking. To date, they've performed well. I'll update if things get silly.

Incredible bad service. I had just deposited a very large check into an account at this branch, and the bank representative refused to permit me withdraw funds from the account unless I paid an excessive withdrawal fee, a practice at Chase Bank that has resulted in the bank being fined. The account had good and collected funds from previous deposits to cover the withdrawal so a "hold" on the immediate deposit was not an issue. The representative became irate when I challenged the fee and complained of the practice.

My wife came in to open an account and was rudely welcomed and informed. Due to that, there is a loss of account that went to another bank. Congratulations 👏👏 looks like I'll be closing all my chase activity as well.

This bank discriminates. I have had the same problems with always the same the same teller. I am asked to produce my I.D. along with my card and pin, which I understand it is policy. But when I cash a check or withdraw money in person they look at me like I'm a criminal or I'm a thug. I see White folks doing the same transactions and they are only asked to punch in their pin. Shame on you Chase.

How sad I rarely come to this branch because the tellers are lazy. Only one person on the window and 9 people in line. They take Breaks at busy hours . This place needs better management.

This bank and the people I dealt with while trying to get them to credit my account the $300.00 it took out when the transaction had been cancelled were about as bad as it gets. Even the people on their helpline sucked. They have this ATM in service knowing it has a problem in not crediting accounts on cancelled transactions and have made it impossible for me to get my money back so far. If you are looking for a bank with good service this isn't the bank for sure. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and simply hung up on me at 6:02 PM when I called to try to resolve my issue over the phone today. I guess that pretty much sums up everything you need to know about their level of customer service come to think of it.
