Best atm in Pasadena, California (CA) 2024

This Chase Branch has been completely renovated, including the elimination of all bank tellers. I went in yesterday to make a cash deposit into my business account and was a little disoriented when I entered the branch. The interior was nearly empty, except for a restaurant-style table with a PC on it, and an ATM-style machine against a wall. I looked for someone to talk to and a pair of people walked next to the ATM, I thought to help. I told them what I needed to do and they instructed me to use the ATM. I told them I don't have an ATM card for my business, for security reasons. One of the two - apparently the bank manager, I think (though I'm not sure) - actually told me to go to another branch as they were all Digital now and couldn't help me. What kind of bank can't accept cash deposits? What kind of bank sends customers packing, telling them they can't help? What kind of bank eliminates nearly all the people that used to be there to help? What kind of bank? The kind I no longer go to. ~Michael

It’s become really inconvenient that the Gentleman that has the morning shift takes it upon himself to close while the business hours says open 24/7 he closes from 5:00am to 6:00am daily. It’s not ok for some of us that have to go to work and need to buy thing or like in my situation use the ATM… when I asked him what was the reason for closing daily on those hours he was really rude and said cause he wanted to , like come on no kind of customer service I’ve been coming here for a long time. I wrote to corporate this is wrong ~John
