This branch always has excuses for not providing service. If isn't ,temporarily closed, no checks, system is down, ATM is out of money! 🤔 what next?

This Chase Branch has been completely renovated, including the elimination of all bank tellers. I went in yesterday to make a cash deposit into my business account and was a little disoriented when I entered the branch. The interior was nearly empty, except for a restaurant-style table with a PC on it, and an ATM-style machine against a wall. I looked for someone to talk to and a pair of people walked next to the ATM, I thought to help. I told them what I needed to do and they instructed me to use the ATM. I told them I don't have an ATM card for my business, for security reasons. One of the two - apparently the bank manager, I think (though I'm not sure) - actually told me to go to another branch as they were all Digital now and couldn't help me. What kind of bank can't accept cash deposits? What kind of bank sends customers packing, telling them they can't help? What kind of bank eliminates nearly all the people that used to be there to help? What kind of bank? The kind I no longer go to.
