Our office has been customers of the bank for a long while now. Every time I go in for any transaction, I always feels very welcomed. It really feels like an extension of our own office staff based upon the friendly rapport we have with everyone at the Pasadena branch. It's not just with our office, but I have noticed they are like that will all the customers that come in. Customer service is really important when it comes to banking, and this bank has it in spades.

I have banked with this branch for years, through a name change and a location change. They are truly excellent and provide extremely personal service. For me, an important component in banking is the ability to access a live person in the event that I need some information or have an issue. I definitely get that at this branch, to the point where I am on a first name basis with everyone that works here. I am always reassured that I can reach someone reliably by email or by phone literally 100% of the time. In the world of big soulless banking, it is a rare find. The customer service they provide is second to none.
