After having left another bank because of their wretched and haughty customer service, it’s been a delight to do business here with this US Bank location. They have been so courteous and friendly every time I’ve gone in, despite having to work under strict Covid-related guidelines. Every staff person there knows the entire banking process, so there’s no waiting to deal with “the right person.” Everyone is friendly and above all, knowledgeable, and US Bank goes overboard in trying to help and please their customers. I couldn’t be happier with the organization or their policies. Thank you, US Bank!

We have had nothing but positive services and experiences with this bank. We have several different accounts. When we first opened the accounts, the manager was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the ones that best fit our need. We visit the bank monthly and find the tellers and managers always friendly and helpful. They act like they are glad to see you and that you are not just a number coming thru the door, but you are a valued customer. I bank at another bank in Pasadena and that is not the case. Nothing but happy with this bank!

If i could leave a zero i would!! I went in to make a large cash deposit. Made the deposit, the teller gave me a receipt and i left the bank. I received a call 10 mins later, that the tellers drawer was short for the exact amount that i had deposited, and that they have to reverse the funds because she is short (i have a receipt for the deposit). I tell them i am on my way back to the bank and they need to pull their cameras up. Once i get there the manager has to get involved. I was LIVID. I demand to see the cameras and they asked me to wait while they review everything. About 5 mins later they found the cash under the tellers drawer. I don't know why they wouldn't do this first and checked everything before they call their customer and reverse Money out of their account without permission. Even though the money was placed back in my account, i Felt like they were trying to steal from me. I will be leaving US Bank. I encourage you to do the same!!!

I do not recommend U.S. Bank. They honestly do not care about their customers and the COVID situation. CHASE and BofA are the Banks that do.

Deposited my check twice, and put me in fraud protocol for two weeks. Funds were not available and caused me to have late charges. No remorse or apology. Simply told me to call customer service. I would rather bank at Wal-Mart then this branch. Please avoid!!!!!!

This bank will most definitely make you wait. If there is a line of 3 or more and there are 2 or more tellers sitting at their windows, they will NOT open for you. Instead, they will look over at you and ignore the line. I feel that they can improve to be more efficient. There is a filipino girl who chats way too much. Also, they are inconsistent with the amount of money they will allow you can cash. It depends on who you get and if they are wanting to really assist you.
