Today around noon, I took my son to have his passport picture taken. An older Asian Lady took the pics, she did not directed my son the right way, when I received it I notice in the pic he was looking away and making a weird gesture, I asked her if she could take his pic again due to those reasons, in a rude way she said that the pic complies with standards ( which I understand) but I did not like that shot. I asked her if she could take the pic again and she started to complain and was mumbling things like “jezz! “ and the like, I got annoyed and demanded my money back since I don’t want to do business with people who don’t have customer service skills. She kept on complaining and being rude. What I feel clerks should do is to apologize and try to make it right for the costumer and not insist in justify their wrongs, avoid all kinds of incidents, and give the costumer options. Anyway, that being said, I am not returning to CVS on that location. ~Sandra
