Arta Print & Promotions
Working with Elham and Hassan to design my realtor postcards, banners, signs, calendars, leaflets have all been a great experience of good design matched with high-quality products. Their responsiveness and quick turn around even during this pandemic has been greatly appreciated. Thank you! ~Sanjeev
The UPS Store
This store accepts no returns, so do not buy anything here unless you are desperate. We rented a mailbox and the attendant wrote the wrong mailbox number down and we had mail forwarded incorrectly as a result. The attendants are more interested in speaking with each other than helping or being kind to customers. There are better UPS Stores. ~Irene
Studio Blue Digital Print & Copy
Studio Blue does it all! They made banners for our gym. They made street signs. They made table clothes and a great canopy. They even wrapped our SUV and turned it into the Lifelight Fit Mobile! They do all with a mix of professionalism and personal touch. Go here and you can't go wrong! ~Lifelight
COACH
Simone was helpful and pleasant so is Netta. Thank you for a good Coach store visit! ~Alexza
Fleet Feet Pleasanton
A good shop for sports shoes. Recommended by my sonβs coach and they actually had the nice running shows however options were limited. They have other good sports stuff collection. It opens at 10am on Sat/Sun so we had to grab the shoes quickly and drove to Martinez where we had the x-country tournament. ~Dharmendra
Ann Taylor
Terrible location (and I love Ann Taylor and Loft and am a cardmember). The 3 times that I've tried to make purchase here in the last 2 years: The first time, they refused to unlock a dressing room because it was within 30 min of closing. The second time, they never checked on sizes while I was in the dressing room. The third time last week, they had the door locked early and scolded me for even approaching it (I had not even touched the handle and as I acknowledge them telling me it was closed and used the opportunity while stopped to put on my mask, the person persisted to wave me away and yell through the glass that they were closed. I was just stopped in the walk about 5 ft from the door talking to my son about where to go next since they had closed early). In all 3 cases, I ended up going to a different location the next day and spending $300-700 as I tend to do big seasonal wardrobe purchases before important business trips. I wish they would close this location or get a new manager and staff. Frankly, I shop a lot less at Ann Taylor than I used to because this location, which is nearest to me, is so terrible and inconsistent with the typical brand in-store experience. ~Me
Foot Locker
Not impressed. Asked for a pair of shoes in size 11 for my son, apparently they only have size 9β¦ $115 shoes and they have one size available? Worker seemed uninterested in helping or making a sale, so we left and I bought them direct from Nike. ~Amber
Harry's Auto Repair
Highly recommend Harryβs Auto Shop in Pleasanton! I called yesterday to drop off my car since it had a bad leak, so I brought it in and they said it was probably condensation from the AC and they offered to check for me right away before I left to see if I needed something fixed or not- turns out they were right and they went ahead and topped of my coolant free of charge since it was a little low. A lot of auto mechanics try to rip off women especially, so I was so impressed with their honesty. Will definitely be back! ππππ ~Ariana
