A good shop for sports shoes. Recommended by my son’s coach and they actually had the nice running shows however options were limited. They have other good sports stuff collection. It opens at 10am on Sat/Sun so we had to grab the shoes quickly and drove to Martinez where we had the x-country tournament.

I had a wonderful experience at Fleet Feet this morning. I had scheduled an appointment and was greeted by Cathy. She was very friendly, answered many of my questions and overall provided great customer service. She had me walk back and forth on a mat to scan my feet to provide an optimum fit. I bought the first shoes I tried on. They felt already broken in and were extremely comfortable. They are the HOKA Gaviota 4 model. They are less than 12oz in weight and provide excellent stability. I highly recommend you stop by Fleet Feet. You will be very satisfied!

Very professional and friendly staff. They gave me a full diagnostic on my feet and running style with their awesome technology. They EVEN had size 15 shoes which is what I wear. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet in Pleasanton to anyone who wants to up their running game and not break the bank doing it.

We've purchased shoes for running and walking here for years. The staff is well-trained and listens to what we are looking for, talks knowledgeably about different makes and prices and then watches and listens to our try-out feedback. When it comes to comfort and feet protection this is a WWAAAYYY better way then online to buy a shoe you will be pounding into the pavement.

Came in here to get my first new pair in 10 years… A younger Indian girl (Aya? Ajay? I forgot! )helped me pile through all these different types of shoes and brands. Narrow, tall, medium, short, stretchy all the crazy types they have for our weird feet differences. I ran outside to try a few to decide. She showed me a cool laces trick to help with heel movement and was super personable. I always ended up buying two pairs of blister resistant goat(?) socks (didn’t even know that existed.) and I LOVE them. I’m super grateful for that girl’s help and I would refer this store to anyone. Thank you!

Fleet Feet is the best place to get running shoes in the Tri-Valley. The staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable about the shoes that I tried on. This was a much better experience than buying shoes online and then finding out that they don't fit and going through the hassle of returning them through the mail.

I was helped by Sam, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have the specific shoes I was looking for, but she was able to talk me through the alternatives that they did have, explaining all of the motion control / stability details that are important to a flat-footed, large, over-pronator like me. The store also has all of the tools needed to help someone who might not know what kind of shoe they actually need. Also, their rewards program is excellent. I like to support local businesses, but even if I was just looking for the best deal, the rewards program made my purchase better than anything online. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for quality running shoes.

I am so sorry it took me this long to find this store to purchase shoes. I went in wanting a comfortable pair of shoes and left with a pair of Diadora Mythos 6 shoes that feel like I'm walking on clouds and marshmallows. The heel problem I had with other shoes is gone, my feet don't hurt, and I genuinely LOVE my shoes. Adrian was a great resource who helped transform my shoe shopping trip into a foot care journey.

I came in to purchase a new pair of cross trainers. Nile was the gentleman who assisted me. He was wonderful. Nile was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. He answered all my questions, was thorough in listening to me and offering viable suggestions, and sold me a great pair of trainers. The store was clean, well laid, out and well lit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. All employees welcomed new customers and all seemed very approachable. It was a great shopping experience and I will be back!
