Horrible experience the associate and manager misled me by selling me a display womens wallet and tried passing it off as new. I saw the associate go into the back room then came to the floor and grabbed the used floor model. The associate started to pack it up, I asked her for a new wallet. She called Sharma the manager at the Pleasanton California store. She was horrible, rude and condescending. I paid full price for a floor model wallet that probably hundreds have handled. It’s my moms birthday so I had to buy it as I did not have time to run 45 minutes to another store. She has terrible diarrhea will never buy from this brand again!!!
