We rented a mailbox and the attendant wrote the wrong mailbox number down and we had mail forwarded incorrectly as a result. The attendants are more interested in speaking with each other than helping or being kind to customers. There are better UPS Stores.

Visited this one a week or so ago after visiting the dublin store(which was horrible) to get notary done, I think it was poorna at this location who helped me. Very courteous and good at what she does. I was in and out quickly, she does have excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend this location!

There is a lady staff at this store, one must absolutely avoid. It is not only her attitude towards customers that is not good, she can get this store into trouble. I had two couriers to send out and one was a package of very important documents with my personal information. She gave the labels and simply left my documents on the counter. When I asked her to put it in an envelope she said she would do it at the back of the store. I have never been to any courier place that packages your important, personal documents at the back of the store. They envelop it and seal it right in front of you. When I told her I would like to see my documents sealed in an envelope, she said you don’t trust me. It is not the question of trust, these are standard ethical practices to ensure the personal identity of your customer is not tampered in any way. Anyways since she wouldn’t budge I took a refund and had to go to another store. The other staffs at the store are nice, but I don’t have time to come, peep in and see who is at the store. Will avoid this store if I can.

I stopped by today, Nov 26 at 4:30 pm to drop-off three Amazon’s returns. The store’s representative was very unprofessional and rude. Amazon’s instructions read and I quote “you do not need to package your return or print a shipping label”. However, I had packaged my returns beforehand, but left one of the boxes open by accident. This lady said she could not accept the box unless I close it. I asked her if she had a tape I could use and her reply was yes but I’ll charge you a fee. I explained the instructions from Amazon and, in a very impolite manner, she responded that she “doesn’t close boxes”. Again, I wasn’t asking her to package my return. Only asked for a piece of tape to close a small box, and she asked me to pay for it!

Today I went to return an amazon product. The lady who works there was so rude. When I wanted to return my data was slow and I was not able to pull the label from my phone. I let her take other orders and I stepped aside. Later when I was ready she just gave me a odd look and when I gave my parcel she said please tape your box or bring a tape next time. Excuse me , amazon says I don’t need the box I just brought it for you convenience and if I tape how will show my two products. I have returned to kohl’s also so many times they never behave like this or ask me to get the tape. I Have visited this usp but the guy who used to work was very polite. Next time if she is there I will not even enter that shop. Lady learn to be polite. I was in hurry so I did not bother to correct you and insult you.

Came into the store 10 minutes before it closed with 2 massive rugs that needed to be packed and sent off. The manager and one other person were so helpful with helping me get the rugs packed up and ready to go with all the supplies needed to ship smoothly.

I have tried this UPS store since Trader Joe's store was in the same location. Each and every time that I had come into this location, the service has been non existent. This will be the last time...EVER! The women that others had talked about "Mina" was on her phone from the moment I walked in to the point that I stood in front of the register. No hello, no smile, no reaction...NOTHING! I gave her my return and she pointed to the weighting area motioning me to place it there. She zap it and nothing further was mentioned. I will no longer believe the 4 star ratings that are coming in for this location. I and my husband have used them and never had a good experience. Don't believe the other reviews. It's possible that some discrimination is at work here.
