Called for an oil change on a Wednesday asking if they accept walk ins. They do but the wait was a while so I asked for the availability on Thursday and was able to get an appointment the next morning. I went in and the guy at the front desk was really prompt in getting me situated. The oil change was quick and took around 30-40 minutes. I just waited in the lobby. You can tell the guys here really enjoy being here instead of other shops with constant grumpy workers. I even asked the front guy a couple questions afterwards about coolant and a potential quote on some electrical repair. He made a great effort to answer all my questions with honesty and kindness. There is not indication that you get a credit card fee. Also I put $30 on my credit card for gas and I only pumped $27.85 but he still charge me $30.45 on my credit card statement. Throughout all my years of using my CC for gas, even though I said to put $30, if I pump $27.85, the gas station will charge me $27.85. I know it is not a lot but think about how this gas station is ripping people off and these small charges will add up with each customers. AVOID THIS PLACE. ~Judy
