Called for an oil change on a Wednesday asking if they accept walk ins. They do but the wait was a while so I asked for the availability on Thursday and was able to get an appointment the next morning. I went in and the guy at the front desk was really prompt in getting me situated. The oil change was quick and took around 30-40 minutes. I just waited in the lobby. You can tell the guys here really enjoy being here instead of other shops with constant grumpy workers. I even asked the front guy a couple questions afterwards about coolant and a potential quote on some electrical repair. He made a great effort to answer all my questions with honesty and kindness. Took my car in for smog check. The garage is immaculate. So is the front office. Staff is pleasant and professional. They treated me with respect, and took the time to explain the paper work. AND they didn't treat me like an old lady

Went in for my ac not working, they called me told me that they had to recharge my ac after I already had it done a week prior and to me that I needed a fan resistor. I said okay and then called back to pick my car up because the part is $50 and it's just one bolt. Then Chris made it seem like he had to take the radiator out to get to it and that a bolt was stripped.Took them all of 5mins to repair my vehicle for $400. I blame myself because I know better. PLEASE BE AWARE THERY ARE NOT HONEST!! Service: Air conditioning

Had a smog check done; failed, they explained exactly what's needed to get it passed, and it did when I returned. The guy at the front desk was the nicest person I have met. I will definitely return if I need any kind of car repair. Thank you!

In my prior experiences, this place had always been great. Made an appointment yesterday to get my car smogged at 8:30am today. They showed up to open the shop at 8:40am, but didn't let us in for another 10 minutes. Then, after waiting another 10 minutes for computers to come up, I was told that their smog guy hasn't come in yet... and they don't know when he will be in. But if I want, I can leave and bring my car back whenever he gets in. Needless to say, won't be going back there.

Great service. I'm in and out without and major delays. The front desk attendants are very nice. They ask about your day and hold a conversation unlike other establishments. They kept my car as clean as I brought it in. I have taken two cars here now and I will continue to do business with them. Good job!

I went in for an oil change and the service was incredibly fast, under 45 minutes from the time I walked in. The person helping me was friendly and sociable. I had to use the restroom which was clean and surprisingly, even the TV in the waiting room had something interesting that was non-political on. They put the reminder sticker which was printed, so I don't have to interpret it later, and made sure to reset my oil change light. It cost $72 and some change for synthetic, which is a bit higher than I normally pay for a 2008 Impala with a V6, but overall the service and experience was worth it.
