Took so long that after waiting in line, (next in line)… I had to leave or I would be late for my next appointment. Every Bank of America I have been to is like this. Never enough tellers. My other bank there is never a wait. ~Evan

There's always long lines at this bank. The ATM are usually being fix and when there are they don't put on the screen that there out of service, so people put in their card and It drops to the inside of the ATM and they can't retrieve your card afterwards and they say to order a new one. This place needs better management!!! Workers are rude and slow. ~Erika
