There's always long lines at this bank. The ATM are usually being fix and when there are they don't put on the screen that there out of service, so people put in their card and It drops to the inside of the ATM and they can't retrieve your card afterwards and they say to order a new one. This place needs better management!!! Workers are rude and slow.

They close earlier than what the hours say listed on Google, and declined to open their doors on a Saturday ( when clearly the hours of operation says it's open, and you see bank employees acting like they're busy. ) I hope they get hold accountable because this should be illegal. It's false advertising. I hope other financial institutions see this and replace everyone in there who don't want to help the community.

Manager Ana not really nice manager always come here to cash my checks now I’ll even close my account because of her came here to change bills into coins she didn’t let me after being in line for so long not much change only $20 she really needs to go before she upset someone else owners please fix this problem she even looks from Mexico City not very good

I have my US passport and drivers license both valid. They won't let me get any money out of my account because I don't have my debit card with me. I have a photo of my debit card and all other information. Im in the lobby with 2 of my kids. I'm from out of state and all my money is in my bank account that they won't let me access. I've been on hold on the phone for over an hour 3 times and disconnected everytime before I can reach anyone to actually assist me, not just transfer me to someone else. I've been here for over 3 hours with hungry kids, while you hold all my money. I will be convincing everyone I know with a BofA account to close it and switch to another financial institution. This is non sense.

Two atm's and one is either broken or doesn't have money or worst when both don't have money. Don't ever come here when need to go inside because there is always a line to go in! Like around the block line! Which seems like most of the time they always have a long line. They need more teller's working there and need to make sure their atm's have money at all times!

Just witnessed a crime here at 8:20 am I was standing in line and one older hispanic man standing behind me was approached by a black guy trying to dig for his wallet he had a big rock in one hand and I yelled at him to Stop. I called 911 and waited there for 30 minutes. I saw a security guard coming in at 9am and told him what happened and I know they got it in camera he was dismissive and said it was before hours of operation. After 30 minutes waiting No police came felt disappointed no one cared.

I’m fully aware of the fact that we are experiencing a pandemic but there was no reason for the old clerk who name is Ana to be rude just because my ID was expired. She told me I had to leave the line and use the ATM instead which had a longer line with only one ATM available, Overall I would’ve expected a professional attitude from her. I don’t think I will ever sit foot in that Bank of America branch again.

Let me start off by stating that I dont write reviews in general. However this being such a horrendous experience made me want to write one. I came into this location at 350 pm and to my surprise the security officer told me they were closed I than told her that they should be more transparent and put a sign that they would be closing early. I than spoke to the manager Ana Anguiano who disregarded Bank of Americas closing hours and was very reluctant to help as she was trying to rush me in what I needed from the bank. I asked her that i needed to transfer money and was having issues online doing so. Even so she referred to being able to make these transactions online. All in all not being very helpful and short I've been a customer for over 10 years and have never seen such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customers. I understand we are in a tough time and leaving work 10 minutes early because you don't want to help customers is unacceptable I feel that upper management should look into this branch and see how it is really being ran and to see why yelp and google reviews are this low it's no wonder!!!!

We arrived at 8am knowing with the situation right now because they are supposed to be open at 9. At 9:15 a teller comes out to go wipe down the ATM, 3 people approached her to ask what time were they going to open since it was past 9, she ignore evey single person that asked her. She never acknowledged them any people were standing in the hot sun with all the money they make off our money they should at least provide canopies for those in line like other places. After 2 and a half hours of waiting they still didn't help us.. And they did not open till 10
