Definitely poor customer service and management. They need put more worker instead of customer has to wait for long time. Only 3 workers in this branch! Ridiculous!!!

Took so long that after waiting in line, (next in line)… I had to leave or I would be late for my next appointment. Every Bank of America I have been to is like this. Never enough tellers. My other bank there is never a wait.

This isn’t directed solely for this location. Every Bank of America in the San Diego area seems to be closed. Never enough tellers. Customer service phone line takes forever. Maybe not enough workers due to poor management? I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Every single time I come to this BofA (I try once a month because it's closest to my home) there is only one teller working. First thing in the morning, the afternoon, an hour before close. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. It doesn't matter. The lines are insane, the wait is forever. All I need is quarters! Why is this so challenging. The teller is always sweet, but management - get it together already!!!!!

Long lines, but at least they are thorough. Best part is, if you *have an account at BofA*, but a check from another bank, THEY WILL STILL CASH IT. Thank goodness!

I had my account semi closed because I canceled my direct deposit. My workplace went ahead and did direct deposit anyway.. I had to reopen my account with Bank of America and I was not able to receive anything of my paycheck due to “maintenance” which sure enough they were able to quickly charge my account from a overdraft fee.. yet I could not access my funds.. I had to call customer service twice and spoke with two different “supervisors” who reopened my account.. (note: it takes 24 hours for me to access my funds) Day two: here I am calling customer service because I am not even seeing my funds in my account and so I was told that my account was never reopened that finally he did it and I now need to wait yet another day to access my funds... btw I called off my work to take care of this mess... Bofa has cost me too much of my time and has never failed to upset me and stress me out. I am still trying to take care of this mess.

Bank of America adopted my maiden name on my new credit card, so I had to go through he hassel of going into the branch. When asking for help the relationship manager was reluctant to help and then just told me to go stand in the teller line that was 6 people deep. Unpleasant attitude.

Called 3 times today to see if I left my ATM card there, they never answered the phone. Went in to check in person and they didn't have any temporary replacement cards and told me to just use the app to reorder a new card. They didn't even offer to order one for me. Thumbs down!
