Was excited to visit this place. I adore all kinds of Asian jars and vases. Found one I really like. Got this treasure for only $25. Will definitely return. Just one thing: call before visiting. Because there was a notice on the front door about appointments required. ~Yulia

I like having acces to fresh and hard to get Chinese and other asian groceries. The overhead music is excruciating though. Not a minor annoyance but a true trying to rush out of the store grating loud distorted assault on the senses. ~Pascal

Very nice shopping center in San Francisco. I went to this place multiple times before. But never got chance to its very top. It was a fun today when I had time to take the escalators all the way to the top level and the dome. Highly recommend it to you when you have free time in the city and spend an afternoon there. ~John

This place is the worst service I have ever seen in my life on September 3rd 2022 around 4:00 p.m. I bought a Nike shoes for $141 size 8.5 I told the manager to keep the Box .10 minutes later I came back to exchange the size to 9: I have the receipt the salesman asked me for the Box I said you have the box 10 minutes ago I gave it to you he said the shopping mall cleaning people came and throw it in the garbage I went to look outside for the box I come back I said I did not find it . I told him that I asked the people they clean the shopping mall they said we don't go to each store to clean until the shopping mall is closed. the same person his name is Carlos he said I throw it in the garbage outside.i said let's go me and you bring the box he said he doesn't have time I said how did you have time when you throw it in the garbage . But now you don't have time . all I need to exchange the size i asked him nicely. he said he need the Box . I said can I talk to the supervisor or the manager.he said I'm the manager. I found out he wants to make my life so difficult. I said I will call the police he said I don't care .I called the police the police never showed up.I waited for about 45 minutes . My kids were waiting for me they were very tired. then I had to go home. I said I will try to wear the shoes it might get a little bit loss because it was brand new I was wearing that shoes 2 times only .i thought maybe it will be loss because it was brand new the shoes is still tight and uncomfortable. This happened at the Shoe Palace in stone Town Center San Francisco. I still have the shoes but every time I wear it it hurts my toes. Last thing I asked him nicely please exchange my shoes he still refusing then I said I will write abad review about you and the Shoe Palace he said I don't care. ~BM

Never had a bad experience here! Sandwiches are great especially the tri-tip! Their baked treats too! One time I paid for my order, got my sandwich and drink and went back to work. I had left behind the chocolate bar I paid for and later that day Ted's had subtracted the amount before the charge posted to my account! I never called and probably wouldn't have said anything, so it was nice to see the cashier noticed and fixed it. But the main reason I love supporting Ted's is that every employee looks like they enjoy working there everytime I'm there. I've never seen a disgruntled employee, and there's at least 7 or more working at a time. ~Mat

Great and super friendly service. They're not my usual mechanics, but I had an issue that I suspected might've been my transmission and I was feeling anxious about driving the 30 miles to the shop I usually bring my car to, and The Garage SF happened to be just a few blocks from me. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue (turned out to be an issue with the oxygen sensor, not the transmission thankfully) and got it fixed quickly. Online reviews were no match to truly capture the delightful Hair of Gods salon. It's tucked away in Fell street and as soon as you enter the door you are transported into another world. I had an appointment with Geno who owns the salon and he is a delight!!! I went in for a haircut and it was the best 1 hour I ever spent. Geno is super friendly and took the time to consult with me and we arrived upon the haircut I would need to tame my wispy tresses. He explained the entire process as he cut my hair, how my hair would fall and what products I should use, to achieve just-out-of-salon look everyday. Geno has a very full appointment book so while it takes a while to get an appointment, it's totally worth the wait. ~Shwetha
