Constantly disappointed with this place. I brought my puppy here for neutering and it seemingly went well at first THEN my dog started peeing everywhere constantly like he was never potty trained. Peeing constantly and unlike himself. I called because I literally can't keep my dog clean because it's constant. The soonest appointment I was told was 6 DAYS away. 6 days!!!! I pay for a wellness membership that they are very promptly taking from me YET I am unable to get my pet in when something is wrong. Just heartbreaking and I don't want to go to another vet and start over from scratch. ~Donna

Update: I purchased my brand new Mustang from Santa Monica Ford. I was super happy until I found out that they have bogus add-ons that they add into every deal. They charge $1000 for star guard which is like LoJack. LoJack only costs $500. Door guards for $500. Can purchase on eBay for $75. The worst part was that they said that these services would call me to set up an appointment. One month went by and no calls from either service. I called, emailed and left messages for the manager Inez 3 separate times. Not once did they call me back. After my 3rd phone call to the dealership both services finally called me to make an appointment. I guess once you buy the car, you are not important after that. The salesman was awesome so I am sad that I had to write a bad review due to bad management. Not even one returned call or email 3 months now after my purchase. Original review. This is the best dealership in SoCal. They sold me a hard to find Mustang Mach E. I called them about 2 weeks prior and talked to a salesman named Eduardo. I told him what I was looking for and he took down my info. I was so excited when he called me and said they had a customer cancel their order and it was mine if I could come down now. The transaction was super smooth and there was no mark up. Very thankful for the team at Santa Monica Ford! ~Bryan

Unfortunately I am not the unique to share about the dealership still dishonest. Making long story short, one inspection became 2 charge twice for the same problem, after left my car for two days so they could try to find the problem and drive the car for a long distance “they said 30miles” to figure out the problem. Well, I got it the car with interior damages and missing items inside of the car, besides of being overcharged for a service that even happened as we discussed in the begin. They state on the receipt about drive the car for just 3 miles and didn’t find any problem (of course they didn’t find the problem, they didn’t inspect the car as promised) Anyway, the new crew are not the same as before. Sadly because all the other negative reviews from the last year start to make totally sense. ~Alexandre

I took my 87 Regal to E & E automotive after taking my car to 2 shops that could not fix my car . I was very stressed and had lost hope that my car would ever run again! I called to make an appointment as he's always very busy with projects but was able to squeeze me in on a Friday! .Ed is extremely knowledgeable with these old school cars! He knew exactly what to do to get my car back on the road ! He did some adjustment to my Holley carb .installed an MSD dizzy and set timing and other adjustment on my 383 stroker ! I picked up my car the next day and I was soo happy to finally drive my car again after 6 months . I highly recommend this repair shop for hot rod builds ! Totally unwilling to help. I'm an officer of a private organization and even after verification, they said policy wouldn't allow them to release bank statements for a closed account. They would only release them to an old officer, someone who no longer has banking rights with the organization. They claim it's for security reasons, but this makes me even more concerned for security of my accounts---can all old officers who no longer hold authority with the org still access bank information? Will be looking into other banks. Would not suggest ever using US bank for business purposes. ~Aaron

Really great antique fair. Lots of really cool items and decent prices too! FIRST & FOURTH Sunday, EVERY MONTH! Opens at 7am, but I went in the afternoon and they still had a really good selection of stuff! REMEMBER: Entry is $5 per person. They accept cash or Venmo. It will take a little more than an hour just to see everything! MAKE SURE YOU SET ENOUGH TIME TO SEE ALL THE BOOTHS! Lots of fun items! It's like a treasure hunt there! TIP: If you're going for furniture or larger pieces to bring a hand truck to lug your pieces back to your car. ~Jack
