I had virgin hair and didn’t know what I really wanted. After showing a few photos we were able to come up with a plan for what I wanted and it came out great. Customer service is really good. The staff tries to work with you especially if you’re unhappy. At the end I was asked a bunch of times if I liked it because they really wanted to make sure they gave me what I wanted! ~Alexis

If I could give 0 ratings I would! WORST customer service ever! We were transferred to three different sales support lines to assist with our router! On account of that, we waited more than 30min just to be hung up on! the sales support ended our call and told us their support isn’t 24hrs! ridiculous! don’t go for this carrier/company! just disappointed to receive this kind of service. Food was very good and flavorful. Service top notch. Baseball game on the TV. It was dark inside. Could not watch food being made. House salad was good soup was warm and perfectly flavored. ~Matthew
