I have been taking my car there for several years, since my kids started driving.... This year, i had a small accident and as I took my car there, found out the body shop is under new management. Service was still great, Roger is awesome, he got the estimate and pictures taken and sent to the insurance company as soon as i forwarded their contact info. The repair was done beautifully and they even took care of minor adjustments on door handles, etc. to make it look perfect. Loved that body shop!!! ~Shannon

I went to Auto Zone this morning because I needed new wiper blades for my car. As I was walking through the door, I saw your employee Ian. Since we were in the same place at the same time, I explained that I needed help finding the correct size for my Acura. As he approached his computer, I noticed that he signed in for the day. I quicky apologized, because I had no idea that he was just arriving for the day. Ian never missed a beat. He was so helpful. He looked up my car, found the part, and walked me to the isle, where they were located. He even recommended some brands. After I finished paying, he offered to install them for me. As, he was completing the replacement, I asked him how long he had been working at AUTO ZONE. He told me that I was actually his 1st customer, and that today was his first day on the job. I was so impressed. He never mentioned anything, while he was walking through the door. He never tried to brush me off, so he could sign in. He was professional from start to finish. I never take the time to write reviews, but today, after my interaction with Ian I just had to say something. THANK YOU Ian, for making my experience at your store such a pleasant one. This was my first time ever at a Walmart auto center. They got the job done but when I got in my car the steering wheel,arm rest,door and seat were full of oil. When I went back to ask for wipes or something to clean my car one of the guys there just didn't care about what happened. I had to clean everything out, which I don't mind doing but they should really be more careful when working with oil and and touching customers cars ~edna

Went in to just ask a few questions and walked out with a great deal that we couldn’t refuse. Thank you Bill for being a great help to us, he really got us a great deal and was super patient and kind to us. ~reyna

A great shop located in the heart of Downtown Upland. Just south of the gazebo on the East side of the street. You walk into the first part of the store and it's a lot of stones, jewelry, colorful bags, and healing stuff. There's also a back room that's much larger and has a lot of t-shirts, sweaters, band and fan apparel, lounge fly bags and more. Step is very friendly and very helpful. There are street parking and a big parking lot across the street behind those buildings. They have a little something for everybody. ~Erns

A big target with food section, Starbucks, and a CVS store inside. It gets busy during the weekends but it's relatively well maintained and the lines move quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful. ~Abe

What a great 76 gas station location. I have to say that this 76 gas station is very well and strategically placed at the corner of a very busy and main street located in the downtown Upland shopping center. This location also serves a great variety of food and beverage items that are always well stocked. The gas prices are almost never too high. Considering the amount of traffic that flows through this station there are almost never long lines inside or outside which means that that staff are working hard and fast. Speaking of the staff I will say that I have always been greeted respectfully. No matter how busy they may be, they will show their appreciation for having you as their customer. I really do like and recommend this 76 station. ~GABRIEL
