Best telecommunications service provider in Westminster, California (CA) 2024

We had Juan help us out who is excellent and helpful. However, just be aware they are an 3rd party Verizon authorized retailer so they do charge extra $20 "setup fee" on top of original Verizon $35 "activation fee" for each new line. Juan said we can call Verizon to ask for waiver of $35 activation fee but Verizon can't do so. With long phone conversation and explanation with Verizon customer service rep, all they can do is to waive retailer $20 setup fee. Want to share my experience so you know all the fee you will have when get a new line with this store. ~Jill
