Starting with the customer service rep Tiffany was excellent. I had my car towed to BMW She was very kind, helpful and informative. She and Amanda both informed that I could be a few days before they can get to my car. Amanda is always great she texted me updates on my car. Unexpectedly she called me the following day with great news that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I really appreciate you all for getting my car in and out in such a timely manner after being informed about your booked schedule.
