Between my husband and I, loyal BMW patrons for the last 30 years, we have leased dozens of vehicles from BMW year after year. I’m not one to write reviews, however, I wanted to acknowledge what an excellent experience we had at BMW of New London Service Center. Our service advisor, Amanda Easom, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us when we got stranded in Rhode Island after our BMW broke down unexpectedly on a Sunday morning. She compiled and completed reams of documents for us to submit to BMW of North America in order to assist us in getting refunded for a car rental that we were compelled to use, and had to pay for out of pocket. She checked in with us about our vehicle to keep us posted as to when the parts would be coming in. She was relentless in her pursuit of tracking down a replacement piece in the USA - that may have otherwise taken four months to ship overseas. This is exceptional service! We’ve noticed in the past several years that type of dedication has begun to crumble and falter in our NY/NJ, but not here at New London, CT. They still put the customer first!

Like most dealers, this dealership says one thing, turns around and does another.. I've requested to be removed from their email list as well as postal numerous times in the past, they claim to have removed me, simply turn around, use a different email address and claim I somehow opted in via service visit.. The most recent email solicits business by attempting to sell me a new vehicle, which has nothing at all to do with service..They refuse to remove me from email list. Due to past negative experiences, I no longer buy any vehicles from this dealer. Past experience includes an extortion attempt by former General Manager, Elias, as well as harassed off their lot by Lou Camerota

I went in to have my passenger side airbag mat detector fixed, and ONLY that. I was very specific I didn’t want anything else, and so I left my car there over night. The original price they told my was $550 and when I went back it was $1500, I didn’t want to pay since it wasn’t the original price, but they did a car inspection to see if anything else was wrong: I DID NOT ask for this. They proceeded to charge me $170.11 for the inspection and to get my keys back. This BMW scammed me for the $170 and wouldn’t give me my keys back until I paid. Always know what you need so people like them don't scam you. I will not be coming back.

Our BMW unexpectedly broke down while we were on vacation. Although we had not used BMW of New Londin for service before, we could not have asked for a better experience. Amanda and Steve recognized our distress and addressed our problems quickly, knowledgeably and professionally.

Starting with the customer service rep Tiffany was excellent. I had my car towed to BMW She was very kind, helpful and informative. She and Amanda both informed that I could be a few days before they can get to my car. Amanda is always great she texted me updates on my car. Unexpectedly she called me the following day with great news that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I really appreciate you all for getting my car in and out in such a timely manner after being informed about your booked schedule. I received my car sooner than expected. 5 STARS Thank you all !!!!

From the first day i walked through their door with nothing but a vision in my head,Mr Darnell Williams and Mr Marty Hall worked tirelessly to make it come true.They welcomed me with a warm,friendly and professional service.This picture was taken at the end of it all!
