Unfortunately, you can’t give 0 stars, but this place should deserve that ranking. I bought a car back in October of 2021, and my salesman was misleading and deceived me on the interest rates and total cost. He told me way different numbers, but I was in need of a new car, and was able to negotiate lower rates. They messed up with the co-signing part and listed my co-signer as the official owner, even though I paid for it all. They said Hyundai could help change it, but Hyundai said they cannot make those changes and the dealership has yet to help with these changes. When getting my free oil changes that came with the car purchase, no one told me the range of miles I needed to be in in order to get an oil change. I took PTO from work, so I could do the oil change and was 46 miles short of the range that was never disclosed to me, and they turned me away. When I finally met the range, I waited an hour and half for my car to be done with the oil change. I got my second oil change and had an appointment, and waited around an hour and a half again. Poor costumer service overall. I regret giving this place my business and wish I went to another Hyundai dealership to get the car I wanted. Every experience I have had with this place, I have been told false or misleading information and received poor customer service. I love my car, but could have gotten it easily elsewhere with better service and customer care.

The salesmen I dealt with were very accommodating and helpful to my wants and needs. Even when they weren’t able to get me everything that I wanted in my car they tried everything they could to get it. I appreciate all their efforts and am still very happy for the car I ended up getting!

Highly recommend to stay away from this dealer. I purchased a vehicle from them on 10/11/22. 5 days later it was in the shop for many different problems. Broken windshield Broken seat belt (not sure how that passes safety check) Infomaint system fails to work Turn signals stop working Oil low Coolant low After the vehicle was “fixed” the infomaint system still malfunctions every time I turn the vehicle on. I bought a lemon. Mike the service writes is also EXTREMELY RUDE. Stay away from this place.

This was a follow up visit because on a previous attempt the dealer failed to fix the problem. I blame the problem on the service writer who showed no interest in listening to what I had to say about it, or in looking at the GM TSB I tried to hand to him. Bobby Clark got involved and was very helpful. He did his own research on the TSB and came to the same conclusion that I had, that the ECU needed an update to address a starting problem. The update was done and the problem is gone, just like all the internet research said it would be. It's unfortunate this same successful path could not have been followed on the first attempt at fixing the problem.

if i could give it a 0 i would. i purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago, my first ever vehicle from here. 2 months later i was was hit, nothing big… so i had assumed. i bring my vehicle here as it was under warranty, and it sat on their lot for 4 MONTHS! i was always very understanding and polite despite the numerous times i was told they were “waiting for parts” and constantly playing phone tag with the service rep who I had to contact because i was not being updated on the car. one week prior to getting the car back i was told that they had got a majority of the work done but their was a light and a transmission issue that would have to still be done. the next week i get a voicemail saying the car was ready. i had my mother pick it up as i was at work and was driving a rental car paid through insurance that had to be returned promptly. when i received the car i noticed it was still off. i looked at the paperwork there was nothing said about the transmission. i gave the service rep a call to ask about it and he told me there was nothing they could do about it and it would have to be taken care of by a ford specialist. it’s barely been a month since i got the car back and i cannot drive it. my mother contacted the dealership just to be told it’s not their issue because it’s out of warranty. i will have to pay out of pocket to fix damages that should have been covered by them. i am extremely disappointed that i was very kind and understanding to these people and i was taken advantage of. the car should not have been returned in that condition and it was unnecessary to spend that much time in the shop. extremely misleading and dishonest business.

Purchased another Hyundai from M.J. Sullivan’s last week. I highly recommend the firm, the sales staff (Tom Connors & John Spinato), and the Service staff. In my opinion you can’t go wrong!

You guys did horrible but I wont ever have to deal with you again. After buying two new vehicles from your dealership, I am done with you! My experience was so terrible that I actually sold my diesel Chevy CO and purchased a brand new truck from another dealership. BTW, your sales team offered me $11k from my trade in, while the other dealership offered me $22k. I will never own another Chevy after this experience. One thing after another breaks and to come up with a bill of $k to repair a truck with 150k miles is ridiculous. I am convinced that MJ Sullivan's techs did not know what they were doing and just started replacing items at my expense to blindly trouble shoot. After spending $4100 to replace timing belt and items that go with that maintenance, they replaced my turbo and emissions sensor. Then they tell me the engine light is still on because its the particulate filter and it will cost an additional $3700. Seriously? I guarantee I never needed that sensor replaced in the first place. And then when I ask about a new truck, I am told that one is coming in at the end of the month but you are marking it up $3k over list. That's what you call greed!

Nobody likes paying todays costs to get their vehicle repaired or maintained, but I’m glad for the service department at MJ’s! They are empathetic, understanding and do what they can to make the best out of what is seemingly a situation nobody wants to be in.

Hello, thank God, they sent me this survey and I can use my translator. I have been taking my car to the workshop for 7 years and it is the first time that for a simple strap they charge me 4 hours of work. I had never paid so many hours of work with you and they had been work. stronger and with more work is a lack of respect then I ask the question and they didn't even know what to tell me there is much more to say but if they communicate with me I will do so because since I drove the car until the hours they charged me don't add up

A good experience buying a car for a change. Usually feel like I'm being hustled but not here. D'Angelo, the sales rep was excellent in explaining about the process and about the vehicle. If and when I decide to buy another car I will see him first.
