Just purchased our 5th Audi, but our first from Hoffman Audi of New London. What a terrific, stress-free experience. Rather than have to wait +/- 6 months for a 'custom' order to arrive from the factory, Chris and Corey jumped all over our request and were able to locate an almost identical vehicle at another Audi dealer. A day or two later our new 2023 vehicle was ready for pick-up at Hoffman. Unbelievable customer-comes-first mentality, stress free price negotiation and super nice people from Tony (General Sales Manager), to Chris (Sales Manager) to Corey (Brand Specialist).

This dealership was a pleasure to deal with. First time lease and everyone was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Jadyn was such a pleasure to work with. Very professional and made my moms car buying experience a good one. The dealership itself was very clean, had a nice waiting area with amenities. Robert the business manager was very outgoing, friendly and a true professional. He made the process of signing mundane paperwork entertaining sharing some stories with us. Chris also was professional from trade in to helping with placing new license plates on the new car that mom purchased. As well as making sure that everything with the new car was good upon arrival.
