The wait time was almost a month earlier than the later date stated by our salesperson and he communicated throughout the factory build and delivery process. The delivery was smooth and efficient. Their communication remained positive and knowledgeable even during this busy time. Great dealership and wonderful experience purchasing our new X7. Ramon Felix was our sales person and he was terrific. His product knowledge, friendliness, genuine authentic personality put us at ease and gave us confidence we were working with the right person. Ridgefield BMW is a well staffed dealership and they have a fantastic lounge area with great snacks and drinks! Great experience overall with everyone we worked with including the management and finance staff!! Highly recommend.

A great experience at this place. I used to be a BMW car owner and switched to Mercedes Benz after owning several bummers. Recently, I have acquired another BMW and needed the service of my closest dealer, at Ridgefield, CT. I was very impressed e the facilities and specially with the staff. They were very knowledgeable, professional and on time. My thanks to the female mechanic who took care of my car and to Tom service manager, who met with me after service and explained to me everything they found on my car , bad and good. Congrats to a very special people who took care of my car!!!

The best car buying experience I have ever had! I ordered my car in October. My client advisor was Bob Mahoney and he was amazing throughout the whole process. Due to no fault of the dealership, my car was delayed numerous times due to part shortages (Pandemic and Ukraine). Bob kept me informed throughout the whole process and even pushed BMW for me numerous times. When the car finally arrived Bob managed to squeeze me in last minute to take delivery. Rick, the finance manager was awesome. Super honest, quick to respond, funny as hell and even managed to get my original finance rate when I ordered the car (even though it went up 3 times since). Even though I am 2 hours away I am going to get my next car from these guys and send all my friends and family their way. Even though the delays were painful, the entire buying process was awesome.

God Bless BMW of Ridgefield. Miracle workers, that’s who they are. I worked with a salesman named Jonah Kline. Anything you need when it comes down to new or preowned vehicle, he’s got you covered. Mike who is the used car sales rep who gave me a deal of a LIFETIME on trade for my vehicle. I got an approval within minutes. And Rick their financial manager will give you the best advice as if he was speaking to you like you’re his relative. The overall car buying experience was excellent. Jack P was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and every aspect of the car buying process. Jack was able to find a way for me to purchase and drive a new 2022 car the same day which otherwise would have taken months to receive. He was incredibly professional and courteous. Daniel, the finance manager was honest and fair with us. Taking delivery of the car was a great experience. And, of course, the car is fantastic. I recommend giving BMW of Ridgefield a visit if you’re looking to buy a car.
