I recently had a screw in a new tire. It would have cost about $500 to replace the tire, but due to supply chain issues, a replacement tire was not available. Ace Tire was able to repair the hole for under $40. They got me in immediately and fixed the tire quickly which worked out perfectly as we took the car on a vacation trip the following day. Ace saved me a good amount of money and got me on the road quickly. It has been over a month since the repair was done and the tire has held air like it was new. My prior experience with Ace tire was that they did quality work at a good price. You would be surprised how many issues I have had at car dealers and service centers where the wrong tires are ordered or placed on the wrong axel, etc. I have never had any of these issues at Ace tire, which one of the main reasons that I use them. The customer service is excellent and they are knowledgeable, responsive and take the time to the explain the issue and how it was resolved. They followup after your appointment to make sure you car was services correctly and you are satisfied with their service. I normally wait for them to complete the service and the wait isn’t ever longer than they tell you. Most of the time is much quicker. Called and left a message over the weekend, they called me first thing upon opening on Monday. They were able to get me in right away. Extremely friendly and checked everything before I came to pick up the car. They also suggested some other work with no pressure. Very nice establishment! Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I’ve driven past a thousand times. They were so professional and helpful when I needed new tires. Most importantly to me, as I say and waited for my car I listened to how they treated customers on the phone and walking in and how they treated each other. Absolutely the best service! We love Ace Tire and the whole team. Jack especially is always so helpful. I have a food truck with a diesel generator in it. They normally don't help with things like that but they were so nice to run a test on it for me. We get all our oil changes and tire work done there. Every time it's done quickly and professionally. Greeted by a professional staff who guided me in selecting the proper tires for my vehicle. No strong arming or overselling the tires where perfect for my 2009 Honda accord. They test drove it and found a problem with my rear brakes, called me, gave me an estimate and when I ok'd it repaired the problem to my satisfaction. Honesty tops the list in an auto mechanic and Ace fits this bill. We took our 11 year old Subaru here for what we figured were transmission problems. Sure enough, the transmission was the problem. The next part is where honesty comes in. The folks at Ace advised us that the issue was likely still under warranty and that we should try taking it to Subaru. Call us naive, but we had no clue given the car's age and mileage. We ended up taking our car to Subaru who ate the entire $2500 bill.

I can not recommend Ace Tires highly enough! After backing into a cement block due to construction on our street, we were quoted thousands of dollars in necessary repair by other shops to correct the alignment & anti-skid feature (we were told many expensive parts would need to be replaced.) Jack and his team at Ace were able to fix it perfectly with an alignment and 4 new tires for a fraction of the price! I will be going to ACE for ALL future service and repair - they are truly the best. Great service & communication and saved us a lot of $$! Many thanks to Jack and his staff! - Amy M. I had a disappointing experience with ace auto and tire I went there (April 2022) for a simple oil change on my car, it is a Mercedes which is German but the amount of nice cars coming in and out is actually surprising lots of custom cars too and very good price of 140 but did it cost me, and they know how to change the oil it does hold 9 quarts and I was sitting outside and they confirmed 9 quarts and one of they guys working on it just owned an Amg too very knowledgeable guy and he did all the work himself on his car and there was another guy helping him do it and yet still with 2 people doing an oil change it was done incorrectly!! Oil light still came on the next morning it was flooded and to remove oil they have been closed all weekend and now Easter I have to go see my family Im going to baby my car and not touch ANYTHING mechanically you were all very nice and welcoming people and really sounded like you knew what you were talking about but this mistake can cause damage to my engine and is a kind of mistake that shouldn’t happen with all your kinda shop I lived 10 minutes up the road for the last 20 years and this was a bout to be my new main shop please help me find a resolve to this this is my only car I want to make sure no engine damage is done this review will be updated based on the shops response and I can understand stuff like this can happen even in a successful shop but either way it’s a matter that hopefully is dealt with 4/17/22 The shop followed up very well and the problem was taken care of the was an extra half quart in the oil tank there is no damage to my engine so far at this time they took there time and were very kind thank you for doing your best to solve the issue happy Easter!
