So darn cute! They have art classes that are so much more creative than a run of the mill paint and sip style event. Resin art, jewelry, bling art, etc - crafts you actually will hang up in your home or use instead of just something to throw in the garage or closet. Many local artists sell their work here and everything was so reasonably priced! I got a pair of earrings and plan to be back for a hand crafted dream catcher for sure. Can't wait to bring my girlfriend's to an art class. ~Adriana

customer service is horrible. Placed the order today for same day delivery which it allowed and they called me to tell me that the driver already delivered to the NE side and was now on the NW side and was not going to the NE side again that the delivery would be tomorrow morning when i said no the bday is today she said that he was not going out so i said cancel she put me on hold for about 3 minutes just to come on say ok the order has been canceled. They did not try to make anything right. So why would they allow me to place the order? makes no sense. Never ordering from them again. Prices are high enough. Message to owner: I already did. I sent emails to everywhere. She put me on hold so I am pretty sure she spoke to a manager first and that was the answer. You know people depend on your business to make someone day a very happy day and your store failed. Answer was Edible arrangements does not know every store schedule so guess what Edible arrangements should not offer same day delivery if they do not know what every store situation is and the employee should of offered a solution. Answering a google review is easy as 123 to make others believe that you care but the moment it was time for you to show you care you failed. So my review will stay and so will the rest of emails that were sent. Maybe now you wont offer same day delivery ~Luz

The people who are higher than the associates are very rude to those girls who work there, they shouldn’t be treated with such disrespect. I will only come here if I really need something cause I hate to see people get kicked out for being a boyfriend of one of the employees, when initially they were in the store to buy items. This place is suppose to be about the customers!!!! ~Destiny

Very rude !!! I ship many places for my business and these ladies really are just as mean as can be for no reason at all. I alwyas smile and I’m very respectful to everyone . It’s your job to help customers. If you guys don’t want to work then don’t work simple ! I’ll never go back and I will never send anyone else there . The place on Hancock and Santa Barbara has the nicest employees and I’ll rather give them tips everyday! ~Gavin
