Very rude !!! I ship many places for my business and these ladies really are just as mean as can be for no reason at all. I alwyas smile and I’m very respectful to everyone . It’s your job to help customers. If you guys don’t want to work then don’t work simple ! I’ll never go back and I will never send anyone else there . The place on Hancock and Santa Barbara has the nicest employees and I’ll rather give them tips everyday!

I only use this post office when I’m in Cape Coral and it seems like every time I go there the workers are very rude. Even my daughter has went in there to ship something and they were just as rude to her . They would rather sit and chitchat than make sure their customers are OK. This evening I went in with my package sealed and ready and a label ready that I had printed from home. I simply walked up to the counter and said “hey this just needs to be sent out it already has a label” The cashier looked at me very rudely and said “well you need to tape it” . Now I’ve been to many sip and sends and small post offices and I have never had to put a label on my own product. They will usually put it in a clear plastic wrap and stick the label on it. So as I’m trying to tape my label onto my package the cashier than says to me “ and make sure you don’t tape over the barcode” like I’ve worked in a post office for years and I’m supposed to know this . After fumbling with the tape dispenser I then needed scissors because the tape I got was too long for my label I then politely asked her for scissors and she again looked at me very rudely. She said “there’s a cutter on the tape dispenser “ again very rudely. I put the package down on the counter very upset and as I was walking out she said “well you taped over your barcode looks like they won’t be able to scan it” . I shook my head and walked out and she again very rudely and sarcastically said “have a great day”. For someone who is so high in age you would think she would have a little bit more respect and manners and that she would know customer service having worked at the post office for so long but I guess this is what minimum wage does the people. To make a long story short don’t waste your time I would rather stand in line for 10 minutes at the regular post office then to deal with this disrespect.

Amazing service, notary, and great wine and gifts from a locally owned woman who also gives back to our community through the charity Holiday 4 Heroes!

Place is clean and organized. It is a quick in and out to deliver packages. Staff are friendly and efficient.

I was pleasantly introduced to this (what I thought was a gem of a place) last year … basically by just stopping by thinking it was just a post office to send a card. I was greeted at the door by a lovely lady offering tiny little glasses of wine “here would you like a sip?” How nice!!! I smiled and just thought this is over the top…. A post office that also lets you just have a sip of wine to add that little something g extra to your day. So I indulged. Then she asked if I’d like to try some other flavours. How nice!!! Of course they do sell wine there as a side kick but still it was just a great experience. I called my friend who is a postmaster to tell her about this great place I had found!! She said she wished they had something where she lives (a northern state) Anyway it was just such a pleasant experience and so I thought I’d make this my permanent way to send mail, buy a card, a gift or whatever. Fast forward several months later….I was mailing something and needed a label and I used a priority sticker but cut off the priority part. Omg!! I was berated bu one of the employees!!! Don’t do that again!! I truly was sorry….and I mean that. But every time I go in now it’s something else and not in a nice tone of voice. It seems to be one lady in particular … but maybe I’m wrong. But what a poor attitude!! Place has gone way down in my books….I’m almost frightened to go in there now… :((

Amazing Local Business ! The staff creates a friendly environment whether you are shopping for local art, taste test some of the wine they offer or visit their Post Office. Owner Jonette, staff members Karen, Helen, Diane, Linda and Rene work tireless hours collecting, packing and shipping supplies of comfort to our Active Duty Military men and women serving abroad. These acts of kindness and dedication is why I shop and support The Sip & Send.

Sip and Send is my favorite store. Where else can you go, find beautiful things for your home, mail your packages, letters and bills and find the best wine for dinner!! The staff is wonderful. This store adds a level of fun to my life.

Lovely people work there. Nice place also for small gifts, post cards, wooden plaques, jewelry. Oh and of course wine. I'm always there sending off pkgs to my grandchildren because they are also a Post Office.

I have been coming here for years. Owner and staff are courteous and the owner especially always greets me with a smile. They are not a packing service but do carry packing supplies (boxes and tape) and I've packed in the store and then paid for the supplies. They have great unique gifts and she makes up beautiful gift baskets. Great all the way around.
