Joey and Charlie are perfect examples of brains AND brawn in movers. They were courteous, respectful, professional, thorough and speedy. They continually checked in with me during the whole process to make sure what I needed was put where it should be. They even had suggestions that were better than mine. The whole experience was very smooth thanks to Eileen the district manager. Well done everyone!

The two movers were great. Strong and fast. Everything was out of house except our couch (big couch) and could not get thru door. These guys removed front door, removed legs, and with strong pressure, got it thru the door with absolutely no damage. They unloaded with speed and determination. They were friendly and kind, always assuring us they would get it done not to worry I will recommend Morse Moving and their diligent employees for a job well done.

We recently employed the services of Morse Moving and Storage to move us from our home of 35 years in Traverse City to our new home in Ludington. From beginning to end it was a totally enjoyable experience. Their moving consultant was pleasant and efficient, providing lots of great advice and tips on the moving process. Our crew, Kyle, Bill and Charlie were great to deal with. They cheerfully loaded our stuff up, taking great care with all of our possessions. When it came time to unload they made sure everything was placed where we wanted, minimizing the time it took us to unpack. All in all, I can’t imagine how the moving experience could have been better. We’re hoping we’re in our “forever home” now, but if we ever move again Morse would be our first choice. We will highly recommend them to friends and family and anyone contemplating a move.

I appreciated that Morse could come on short notice. I thought that the 15 minute job (moving a safe), with a travel time of 15 minutes each way, was bit pricey. But then again , I had to have it done. The 2 workers were very friendly and professional

We hired them to move a bunch of office furniture for us into a new storage unit. After they left I found almost half of the furniture laid down on concrete on their painted faces. Every piece was scratched through to the metal and needs to be repainted. Rather than them coming back I had to file a claim form. Some weeks later their response basically says they found no evidence or information that they had any responsibility for it, despite never coming back to look at anything. I received a quote from the office furniture company we originally bought it all from, $2840. Update: I did call after the response to my review. There was no rational response by the representative of company. I was told that I damaged my own furniture, and that they couldn't have done it. And further that I shouldn't have touched any of the furniture after they left, because it proves I damaged it all myself. They refuse to take any responsibility.
