Update: The move went very smoothly, 5 stars. HOWEVER, once we started unpacking, we noticed three items that were missing - items packed by the company. I contacted the driver and he said everything was delivered, so the missing items *must* be in our house or left in the house in Michigan. Absurd. I contacted the company directly (agent) and they stalled at every turn, reiterating what the driver said - "she signed the papers". The numbers (300+) were called out quickly and many were duplicated. When I asked Steve about this he said John probably read the wrong number off the box. Of note: This was a shared ride with 3 location drops, first to a warehouse in Jacksonville, second to a residence, and we were the last. I'm convinced my things are in the warehouse in Jacksonville. Some day the owner will collect their things and wonder where the extra 3 came from. I contacted the Agent's home office and they assured me they would look into it, then came back and said there was nothing they could do. I contacted American Van Lines and once again, was assured a lot of things, but delivered nothing. Lesson learned: No matter how bad they want to get that truck unloaded, I will never be pushed into checking off a number for something they packed until I inspect it. If a duplicate box number is called out, I will immediately stop the process until it is sorted out. This is only our 2nd move, the first was a corporate move and was awesome. Original post - way too early and before reconciliation of our items: Everything about our move was professional, and on time, especially given this time of the virus when we had to move. They communicated , regularly, did exactly what they said they would do, very punctual on both ends of the move, and took great care of our belongings. We could not be happier with Kevin, our first contact and estimator, and Steve and John who managed the loading and unloading. I can’t imagine anything else I would have asked for. Service: Interstate moving

IF I could provide negative reviews I would! This organization will promise you the world and that they will stand behind their services. This is not true. The team that they utilized for my move purposely disguised damage as to not report it and then when attempting to be compensated for this, they refused to do anything further. The team I had working for my move was from the Beltmann group in the Atlanta Area, If your move is scheduled and "RUDY" is your driver - BEWARE!!!!!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. I handled this move for my boss. For starters they were to arrive a set date and the night before they called to say they could not come and work have to reschedule. We had people hired to navigate the move etc. and had to pay them anyways. They then rescheduled and we have to clear her calendar so she could be present and well as hire in again people to coordinate. After the goods were all packed we were given a date to that the products were to arrive and asked to make sure we had a check in hand to pay the driver. Well the truck arrived 2 days early and the owner of the goods had not yet even arrived in the new state. It was a huge inconvenience to find someone in her new town to come up with the money and be able to meet the truck. Also she had paid for the crew to un-assmble and then reassemble a couple of things. They items were un-assembled fine but at the arrival they said they could not and would not do it that we would need to call navl to have it done. I called Kevin Nieboer and he said he would call back - He never called back - I left 3 m,ore messages for him to call and no call back ever. The owner of the goods had to hire help to put the items back together - we would never use this service again
