The store was organized and clean. The day after Black Friday so the inventory was sparse. Almost everything was half price. Checkout lines were manageable. All stores I visited the day after Black Friday were sparse in inventory. ~Mia

Carlos was great at helping me solve a problem I had, and found ways to save me money while doing so! Even while speaking on the phone a week prior, he had gone above and beyond. Everyone at this location is focused on customer service and satisfaction. Best of all, the location is very close to the highway. Would give 10 stars if I could. ~stella

I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received today. I came into the store early before an appointment and was in a rush. I proceeded with my appointment picked up my child and came home. Once finally going to get my items out of my bag to get ready for my birthday dinner, I realized I was missing close to half of my items. Being that I do have a toddler (and anyone with the 2 year old would agree) they get into things. I tore my whole house apart and even looked through my trash to find my missing items to no avail. I called the store and explain the situation stating that I may very well have the items but I just can’t find them. The girl on the phone was very sweet and assured me that the manager could look through the cameras to be sure that I did receive my items or I didn’t receive my items. Upon coming to the store to speak with the manager she was very rude and dismissive toward me. She barely even made eye contact with me or let me explain the situation. I was very polite and I tried to explain that I very well may have the items I just wanted to be sure. She barely even let me speak and stormed off into the back to check the cameras. The only thing she said to me was “it’s really weird that all these items wouldn’t be in the bag.“ I did not come in demanding my items I did not give her any type of attitude or place blame on the Sephora representatives or her. To finally splurge on myself for my birthday and then be treated like a thief was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever received. She came out and stated “every single item was placed in the bag“ and stormed back into the door she came out of. She had an attitude from the start never even so much as smiled and completely treated me as if I was some common thief. She continually dismissed me and wouldn’t even let me speak. Upon saying goodbye to her and thanking her she just turned her back to me. She did not say goodbye or sorry for the misunderstanding or display any customer service skills at all. I don’t appreciate coming in and spending hundreds of dollars to be treated as if I would come all the way back to the store just to steal. I made it very clear that it could very well not be their fault at all I just wanted to double check. I am so disappointed in my experience and I hope that if anyone else has a situation similar to mine that they don’t get treated that way. The behavior displayed by Tramara the manager was absolutely despicable and she needs to work on her customer service skills. Unacceptable. ~Sol

A lot of good beauty items but a lot of damaged beauty items in the shelves. Not a lot of home items such as cups plates dishes and silverware in general. Nice exercise and pet area with several options of products in reasonable prices. At least twice as much as the Fort Lauderdale store. ~Mattie

The staff are very helpful. Pricing is fair. But the inconsistency of same-sized shirts across styles makes shopping a little tough. ~Howard

I got my brows done by Luisa and let me tell you 10/10 best experience all around. She is now my designated arch expert! From the moment I met her we clicked and it just kept getting better. She was very detailed in her explanation of the process, starting with the brow mapping. I get all of my products recommended by her. She is the sweetest and I always have a great time during my appointments. Super friendly and I always enjoy our conversations. Definitely ask for her for all your brow needs ! This place is not bad but not good. Starting off with the bad. The lot is absolutely chocked full. Cars parked in spots meant for trucks. I get saving it for local drivers but it would make sense to have designated parking for designated purposes. EX: set parking for dropped trailers (or don't allow it), set parking for locals, set parking bobtail, set parking for others just trying to find a spot for the night, ect. There is also a trick without a engine or transmission which idk why it is here. Trash is dumped behind trucks and dropped trailers are everywhere (some not even road worthy). Below I will have pictures of just a fraction of what is here. Now for the good. The store is clean and fresh. The diner is very good, pricey, but good. The people working are very nice and professional. I would expect a nicer place to park that costs $26. I mean at least keep up with the trash. I've paid for parking at diff places which is roughly the same to park but have clean area to park and not have dropped trailers everywhere, along with other things. ~Cole

This gas station is an o.k little gas station if I do say so myself. It's pretty big, easy to move around in whether you're in you car or in your seat. Didn't go inside the mart so can't comment on that or the service inside. The gas pump is pretty clean and easy to use to. Gas prices could be better but when couldn't they? While I love Costco, I’m disappointed how they are are always out of our staple items. Or they will carry something and then all of a sudden will not have for months at a time. Lately it’s become annoying and frustrating! I do however love their customer service, quality of products and overall value for what we get. I enjoy Costco quite much & love the peace of mind that no matter what I buy they will always back. And my kids absolutely love the food court 🙌 ~Nicole
