11 Best convenience store in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL) 2024

I was lost at night & finally had to stop before your map got me more confused, so I picked this gas station and the Area alone I didn't feel very safe in let alone going into this station. There were a lot of cars not just getting gas & people there on bicycles going in & out. I was the only woman in the area. The only Blessing I had was the Man working there, he saw I was upset from being lost & tried to get me going back in the right direction. So the 2 Stars in giving are going to that Man for trying to Help me that Rainy Night. Thank-You Young Man. ~Kathy

I absolutely love going to racetrac!!! The staff there are super friendly and helpful towards everyone plus there's this super nice and sweet employee that works there named Bernie who's like the nicest and kindest person you'll ever meet!!!!! She's the main reason I go there tbh with you!!! She's extremely polite to everyone!!! Highly recommend ~Patrick

Buy my coffee and breakfast here every morning, this morning the lady packing the breakfasts in the warmer was not wearing her mask correctly and coughing all over the covered and uncovered food, when I took a closer look she was swaying around talking slurry and obviously was intoxicated! I bought a breakfast biscuit but actually as I walked out I just felt so uncomfortable that I actually put it in the garbage ! Not good at all ! I love this race track but I won’t be buying any cooked food from there soon again ! ~Hein

Today 5/8/21 I had a very bad & unpleasant experience with Jasmine at the 7-eleven at 5590 NW 31st Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. I stopped in to get a big gulp Pepsi from the the machine & there was no soda coming out so when making her aware that there was nothing coming out of the machine, she looked at me, shrugged her shoulders & asked me "what did I want her to do about it?" Then she suggested that I purchase a soda from the cooler, so I asked her if it's the same price as a big gulp and she replied "do you not understand what I just said." She still didn't give me any clarity as to what I was doing. I asked to speak to a manager, she said the manager wasn't in at the time so I asked for the manager's name and she wouldn't have that to me either. I wasn't rude, loud or disruptive but yet she threatened to call the police for me asking questions & trying to get clarity on what I should've been doing to make a purchase. I'm not sure what kind of day this young lady was having, whether she's just illiterate or needs to take some customer service or etiquette classes, but i also work in customer service and this is certainly is NOT the way to treat customers who are helping pay her salary!! I need to personally speak with a manager, I'm hoping that a manager will speak wit her & she needs to be FIRED!! ~melissa

Wow never come to this location but the guy at the register this morning has no patience and is very rude...asked to use the restroom he said it isn't open....of course not why would I ask for a key..a woman came up and gave me the key. .I then asked about my rewards card he said to use after I pay...so I questioned that...which wasn't true once paid he complains for you to hurry there is a line of people...he did the same to the woman ahead of me trying to buy lotto tickets....really rude guy ~Lisa

First thing, I enjoy coming to Exprezo for my morning coffee. I really appreciate how the morning girls treat me. Always with a Big smile and great customer service. As soon as you walk thru the door they will greet you with a good morning. Great attitude. This is my Go to store for sure. Be back every morning ;) ~Anderson

I always have good experience with front store associates. Pharmacy service was a hit or miss. Some of the pharmacy technicians were miserable and rude (specifically the lady pharmacy tech at the register on Tuesday 6/28/22 @ around 12pm). Life is hard sometimes I understand, but that doesn't mean you get take that on a customer. Some were very kind and understood that they were there to help patients who sick and really needed help with their prescriptions. ~Jangchuna

Great place to have in the neighborhood . Everything from pan dulce , warm tortillas , beer and lottery just to name a few . These guys are doing a great job providing convenience to our area so I always show support . ~David
