Today 5/8/21 I had a very bad & unpleasant experience with Jasmine at the 7-eleven at 5590 NW 31st Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. I stopped in to get a big gulp Pepsi from the the machine & there was no soda coming out so when making her aware that there was nothing coming out of the machine, she looked at me, shrugged her shoulders & asked me "what did I want her to do about it?" Then she suggested that I purchase a soda from the cooler, so I asked her if it's the same price as a big gulp and she replied "do you not understand what I just said." She still didn't give me any clarity as to what I was doing. I asked to speak to a manager, she said the manager wasn't in at the time so I asked for the manager's name and she wouldn't have that to me either. I wasn't rude, loud or disruptive but yet she threatened to call the police for me asking questions & trying to get clarity on what I should've been doing to make a purchase. I'm not sure what kind of day this young lady was having, whether she's just illiterate or needs to take some customer service or etiquette classes, but i also work in customer service and this is certainly is NOT the way to treat customers who are helping pay her salary!! I need to personally speak with a manager, I'm hoping that a manager will speak wit her & she needs to be FIRED!!

After waiting in a long line at this 7 Eleven I was told the lottery machine is down at 6:20pm Why after I waited in the long line I couldn't get service. This 7 Eleven have bad Customer service...DO NOT GO THERE!

Never ever going back there the cashier a skinny guy over charge me and is not the first time be careful when they tell you to enter a phone number they charge extra and telling you oh u did get a discount to the owner of this place tell ur cashier to be honest and stop stealing people money!!!)

This place is absolutely horrible there were two employees and three customers waiting in line the first one was getting lotto and taking a very long time the second employee just looked at us would not offer to help when the lady with lotto was finally finished she took the next customer and when I was up she went back to the original a lot of customer and helped her again completely skipping me like I wasn’t there

It’s supposed to be open 24 hours. I understand a 10 min break in the middle of the night but keeping the door closed with a sorry sign for over an hour is insane.

This store will not get my money anymore. Some lady accused me of cutting her in line when I didn't, then ..the clerk who didn't see anything wouldn't let me pay for my items and took the word of the other lady. Apparently they don't need customers. Worst experience ever..never going back again.

I am only giving one star because you HAVE to select a star to leave a review. I went to this 7-11 this morning (05/25/2017) to fill my tires with air. After inserting $1.50 in the air machine, the stupid thing glitches and reset to $0.00 so I go inside to let the employees know that the machine is busted. An older man that works there, with 2 girls that don't know how to do anything apparently, starts interrogating me. Long story short, he was supposed to resolve my problem with the machine but instead he went out and got the machine to work after inserting many quarters, told me I had to pay again for all the coins he put in there and began to insult me about being a woman and not knowing how to fill tires with air and that it's my fault the machine wasn't working and that I was just lying to try to steal air....yes...he accused me of trying to steal A I R !!!!!!!! I plan on stopping by again today to get the gentleman's name so I can call whoever I need to report that guy to. Not a headache I want to go through in the AM.
