The access to the restroom is a joke, I think restrooms are very important in any gas station, I hope they improve this for future costumers.

This 7-11 store is awful. The owners are pretty awful as well. This store location took money out of my account out and refused to return it, and refused to give me what I paid for. I showed them proof of the payment. They told me to call my bank. Which is a typical response for a 7-11 owner. They are crooks and will steal money out of your account. And blame you for the incident.

They watched me walk in and walk right by the counter. Like literally looked up while talking amongst each other and watched me but didn’t speak. 7/11 is the only place I can find my remedy organics drinks so I had made up my mind if they didn’t have them I wouldn’t be purchasing gas there since they couldn’t bother to speak to a paying customer. They had the drinks. But they were so caked in some sticky brown goo I just walked out. Terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible. Everything is over priced. The posted price of goods is a lie and they charge you something different at the register. They don’t care when you call them out on it and give you attitude. Take your money somewhere else.

The black lady that works in the morning. I don't know her name but she is there today. She is always so sweet and in a great mood. I watch her slammed by herself and jump from register to register to check people out as fast as possible while she smiles and greets everyone and makes sure to tell us all to have a great day. I hope the owner knows and appreciates the asset he has for his company with her working there.

Cashier was on phone and I bothered them by wanting to buy something. Sitting on the counter!! Come on you can do better than this employee. Saturday 3/7/20. It’s called customer service

Very unprofessional staff. Out of the 10 employees or so that work there, only 2 have been polite. The rest are very rude & talk or text on their personal phones while making customers wait in long lines. They have food clearly & plainly advertised at a sale price, but they don’t honor the sale price at the register. And they treat their customers VERY poorly. I live within walking distance of this store, so I frequent there usually once a day. Can’t say I’ve had too many pleasant experiences there. But being so close to home, it would be inconvenient to go elsewhere. And I’m being generous with the one star.

Poor Customer Service. Stopped by this am. I was the only customer in the store. The young man behind counter had his back to me talking on his cell. After several minutes I asked if I could get some service. Said he was busy counting his drawer.

Store is not clean. There is a cashier who talks on her phone while waiting on customers. Most of the employees are unfriendly.
