Exceptional customer service and cordial staffing. Military discounts are available. Recommended to the general public and contractors. Clean and well organized 👍. Update: We are doing a renovation; the truck deliveries, store drive ups for pick up, online ordering and returns have all been a smooth transition. The customer service and personnel have All been a pleasant experience. 1/4 of the way finished, we shall be returning. Thanks 👍 Matthews, NC store. Again, recommend to All. Good Lowe's store. The staff is very friendly and helpful to their customers. The place is similar to other Lowe's, clean and complete. The app made it easy to navigate the stores. The place is clean, from the Garden Center to the inside of the stores the place is clean. Parking lot is large and parking is very easy.

Our visit to Lowe's today was very disheartening. We went in looking for kitchen cabinets and appliances for a project out of state. The sales person told us that we needed to talk to a cabinet specialist who would be in at 1:00 today, Saturday. It was noon at the time so we decided to hang around. When we asked him about appliances he said we would have to talk to the other Lowe's and walked away. We looked on our own at the stock here to talk to the other Lowe's about. At 1:00 we went back to the cabinet area and were told the cabinet person would not be in today so we left very disappointed. Thumbs down today Lowe's.

We were there for at least 2 hours late morning early afternoon today 9/10/22 in the shower door/faucet dept. Ready to purchase shower doors and sink faucet/shower head and sprayers assembly. There was 0 help!! NO ONE CAME TO HELP!! Supposedly someone was called to help us.. after waiting for 45-50 minutes we left…

Only one person working check out, that includes self check out. One guy had a problem and that pushed everyone back. Either have more people working or offer a discount to use self check out.

Good store its just always super hot in the store compared to other stores. I know it's seems silly to complain of such things but sometimes I will chose the Indian Trail store instead because I don't feel like sweating while I'm shopping for heavy building materials .

I am a GC and have used lowes for many years. I buy from numerous lowes locations daily and I can honestly say this location is the worst I have ever been too. I feel like Customer service intentionally tries to make things more difficult that they need to be and go out of their way to do things differently than all the other locations I deal with. Home Depot is right next door, just go there.

This is probably the worst store I've ever been to. Been waiting 4 months for a quote to remodel my kitchen! Numerous other bad encounters with exceptionally rude floor staff with the last incident an undeserved really rude response from the young guy at the paints desk. That was the last straw from Lowes staff! Everytime I visited HomeDepot the service and helpfulness of the staff was completely the opposite! Always pleasantly polite and helpful! Well done HomeDepot keeping your staff positive and shame on you Lowes.

The store is one of the better ones in Charlotte. I've always found what I've wanted in stock. I've always found people to help me find what I'm looking for. Tip- any busted bags in garden section(in Lowe's rewrapped) are half off. Sometimes you may even get a free pet with your plant! (see photos)
