They never have basic prescriptions and always tell you they can order it and have it the next day. I’ve been here 3 days a row trying to pick up 2 essential prescriptions. I will have to go back tomorrow yet again to get my medicine. Idk if it’s inventory or supply management but they’re clearly lacking.

I usually have a simple pick up and go for my prescription. Today, Spencer the pharmacist, or pharmacist assistant... gave horrible service today. I UNDERSTAND dealing with a bunch of customers and a long line gets very frustrating but you get PAID to deal with that. If you can’t deal with that and have decent customer service and not throw someone’s medication at them because you’re “frustrated” then you’re in the wrong career field. I understand an attitude at the most but throwing someone’s prescription at them? We’re all frustrated just like you were, having to wait in a long line for medicine that we need. Not only that you didn’t even do the standard protocol for someone picking up someone else’s medicine.... you ALWAYS check their Identification.

This pharmacy has seriously taken care of us, fighting on our behalf with workers Compensation benefits and I couldn’t be more thankful. We have known how awesome Kylee and her team are but it was very apparent yesterday when we were forced to another location due to medicine availability and they were so clueless I walked them through the process based on what Kylee has taught us!

wow. the girl who answered the phone in the pharmacy department was a huge b***h. i had a simple question about my prescription being picked up and because i just moved here, i had accidentally called this location instead of the location i MEANT to call. when i asked my question her response was “you called the wrong store we are in target, call them k bye” she was just very rude and impatient. she had a hispanic accent if that narrows it down. anyways, find employees with good communication skills instead of people who are rude and have an attitude with customers.

They have always gone the extra mile for me. I switched to a different pharmacy that was closer to my house but it wasn't worth the aggravation so I switched back & am happy with my decision!

There's a great staff and they're very helpful. One of the people Philip was super cool. It's also conveniently located in Target and so two trips can be taken care of at once.
