I absolutely love going to racetrac!!! The staff there are super friendly and helpful towards everyone plus there's this super nice and sweet employee that works there named Bernie who's like the nicest and kindest person you'll ever meet!!!!! She's the main reason I go there tbh with you!!! She's extremely polite to everyone!!! Highly recommend

I paid for a large soda with my card. The card reader said remove card, after the payment was confirmed. The man behind the counter said it didn't go through,I did this 3 times he still said it did not go through. I left the store with no soda. When I got back to the car I callrd the bank and the payment did go through 3 times.. t

Monday morning doors closed,no sugar, Homeless ppl,no tea, from 5.45 till 6.20am door still closed. So it's November Mon doors closed don't come here they never open. Friday 6.10 am they closed ppl go to WaWa, every morning this workers late or problems. another Monday 2022 door closed. from5.30 to 6 . im going to wawa again

Depending on the person there they will assist you or not in this case they have a young people sit on their phones in the night and not budge so what are you there for at a 24hrs gas station if your not even willing to help anyone. Morning shift is usually on point but get rid of the lazy overnight people. Your paying them for nothing.

I'm a regular customer. I was there tonight and 3 men were asking me for money before I got out of my car. I had to use the atm and I was extremely worried about my safety. The panhandlers were uncomfortably close to the atm. I do like the cashiers, but they don't do anything about telling them to leave.

The Shift Manager name Tela and her associate, during the time of this post, exudes EXCELLENT customer relation skills. They're EXTREMELY polite and made me REALLY feel like a VALUED customer!!!

This Racetrack on Broward just west of the I-95 are always overwhelmed with costumers. Every time I come here I have to wait 15minutes to get gas. They have three registers there so I don’t understand why a line is at the entrance of the store. The only employee here, of course, gets through everyone as promptly as she can and I admire they way she treats her guests. Why can’t racetrack keep enough people on their team to ensure that their costumers, and their employees, don’t have to trouble them selves with the inconvenient stress of a long wait time. The Wawa is just west of here and I prefer to give my business to a place that is clean, and more efficient with their transactions.

This store always seems to be out of merchandise. I can't tell you how many times I have been told there is no sugar to add to my coffee. Such a shame as they advertise their coffee so much. Another issue is cleanliness. I can't believe they serve food here. Bathrooms are FILTHY and the floors are disgusting most times. I have seen employees handle food carelessly to say the least. The bald headed store manager doesn't take well to complaints either. Doesn't seem concerned and brushes you off the moment he is confronted..... Nasty store overall
