WORST CVS in South Florida. I have watched old people walk out crying, they refill wrong prescriptions, they aren't ready when promised unless you spend hours on the phone waiting for them to finally answer. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. They have ONE job which is to ensure they provide the right prescription. Instead, they asked me if I could come back in 2 hours (3pm.....) when the prescription was called in at 8am. Do yourself a favor and let them enjoy their precious lunch break because they don't care about their customers, fixing their own mistakes, and are incredibly rude.

The ladies working the pharmacy are amazing. They were patient and helped me in an emergency with a transfer and getting my script filled quickly. I truly appreciated their willingness to help.

I called numerous times regarding a prescription that was never delivered. I kept getting the runaround and no one could give me the right answer. The first two phone calls I made to CVS pharmacy, I was told don’t worry the prescription will be picked up by the courier and delivered if not today, tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went still no prescription. Finally, after dealing with this for two days, John the pharmacist told me the prescription could no longer be delivered and I had to have someone pick it up. John could not give me a logical explanation or why the courier service could not reschedule delivery. This is not the first problem I’ve had with CVS pharmacy delivering prescriptions. The pharmacy at One North Federal Highway has the worst customer service. I am switching to Publix for my prescriptions. Several of my family members have told me they have switched from CVS to Publix for their prescriptions as well, and they have been very satisfied with Publix Pharmacy.

I always have good experience with front store associates. Pharmacy service was a hit or miss. Some of the pharmacy technicians were miserable and rude (specifically the lady pharmacy tech at the register on Tuesday 6/28/22 @ around 12pm). Life is hard sometimes I understand, but that doesn't mean you get take that on a customer. Some were very kind and understood that they were there to help patients who sick and really needed help with their prescriptions.

I have our prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. When I go to pick it up it’s never ready and they ask me to come later or the next day. When it is ready they start sending me messages but my kids who might of had a stomachache or something are already feeling better so I don’t go back to pick it up. I just hope my insurance isn’t paying for the medication we don’t pick up.

Don’t waste your time with this bs place. I’ve been calling about my prescriptions for weeks now and whenever I call I’m placed on hold for a lengthy time and no one picks up the phone. If you call the store front they transfer you to the pharmacy and still no one picks up! If you don’t want to do your job you shouldn’t be working! WALGREENS WOULD NEVERRRR! I just wish they took my insurance so I wouldn’t have to deal with this ghetto place, CVS.

Great beauty section. Wide variety of items. Hair and cosmetic items not in regular CVS stores. Sampling cosmetics for some products to test swatches etc.

Super clean and modern store. Looks like an Ulta in the makeup area. This season though look how beautiful the front doors are! Hand painted decorations. So cute and yet so many don’t stop and appreciate them. Staff was nice a helpful at this location as well.

What a great CVS. The cosmetic section is like a large department store, they have nails and hair areas with so many products you can get lost in the store for hours. Staff was friendly and courteous when ask to help find a specific product.
