Unprofessional, I made an appointment I got my confirmation email I received a reminder the day before, when I show up to my appointment the banker that was supposed to be there for me was sent to a different branch to assist different clients, and I was asked to reschedule as if my business not important to them. All I got was we are sorry. And there is nothing we can help you with.

Giselle Carreon went above and beyond helping us resolve our problems. We needed a special type of notary. Other bankers simply told us there’s nothing they could do. Giselle really spent time researching all the possibilities to point us to the right direction. When she realized her current branch didn’t have any available appointment she even tried to call around the other chase branches to help us find availability. I hope Chase would be able to see this review and reward her outstanding customer service bc I have never experienced even anything even close to her diligence and dedication.

It was a worst experience compared to any other banks. I had to open a new bank account but didn’t have an appointment set up.I asked the staff member there who wanted me to wait for 45 minutes. I waited there for more than an hour ( 1 hour and 10 mins) but didn’t get any service. I had to just give up my patience and left from that place. I don’t think the staff member working there values your time so I don’t recommend anyone to come to this location.

You have to make an appointment, I understand with Covid... however, myself and another customer waited in the lobby almost 20 minutes with no greeting or anything, we both had appointments. Finally after 20 minutes I was approached by a worker, I think possibly a manager, he took my number and had me wait in my car for ‘safety protocols’ because my appointment was running late. The state has been open for almost a month at this point, waited 20 minutes before I was acknowledged and then made me wait in my car even though I was standing in the corner away from anyone else in the branch and wearing a mask. My appointment will be the last time I visit the branch.

Went to this Chase bank location with my 73 yr old mom to open a bank account. Had to wait for 5 mins before someone directed me to Nila who wanted me to wait outside of the bank for an hour and 30 mins before they can help me set up a new account. She told me they expect me come inside right away when they call me. This employee was rude when i told her that it was an unreasonable expectation to make a potential new customer wait outside for an hour and 30 mins. When i continued to protest, she gave me an appointment for 1pm and asked me to come and wait outside 30mins prior to the appointment. I took the appointment and went an opened an account at another bank.

If I could only give zero stars I would. Chase bank has gone downhill a while ago and and since Covid they have been worse than ever before. I'm slowly transitioning all my accounts including my mortgage from this bank I absolutely cannot stand the way they operate. This particular location is located in Irving Texas. An employee who identified herself as Lee was rude and dispensable today. I am so sick and tired being yelled at and mistreated about masks. I will never apologize for not wearing one. That's how God created us and that's how it will always be. If anyone prefers to wear a muzzle for the rest of their lives, they are more than welcome to. I will not allow anyone to raise their voice at me like Lee did. Masks are no longer mandatory in the state of Texas and it should be up to every individual to decide whether or not they wish to wear it. If she feels "safe” wearing it, be my guest. Good luck getting a respiratory infection and whole host of other problems while wearing a mask and breathing your own carbon dioxide all day everyday. I choose fresh air, renewed oxygen and freedom! #freedomforamerica

It has been a truly positive experience with Chase, 7825 N Macarthur Blvd, specially for someone new to the area and to U.S. Teresa Hagan met us when we entered at their closing time and has been courteous, helpful, patient and simply brilliant right from meet & greet to having our banking concerns answered and actioned. We were advised on what would work best for us prior to proceeding with our account rather than rushed into anything. We would absolutely recommend this Chase Branch and the entire team to anyone seeking assistance with their banking needs.

I have been a devoted customer for chase for a long time now, and not once have i had a negative experience. The people here are SO kind, and so helpful. You feel so welcome here by the employees, you can definitely see a genuine smile and kindness come from all of them, especially on of the young ladies at the telemarketer desk (sorry i never got her name) she is always so positive and optimistic, love this location.

Always helpful and quick staff. There can be a wait some days because this location is in demand. The driver through has many lanes and is fast as well. Clean and well maintained with plenty of parking up front.
