Just stay away from PNC bank for any business account. Opened the account at this place. I need to literally call them multiple times to tell them to to do their job. Finally after 4 days ACH was enabled. Any time I do ACH- it asks me at least 5 security questions - color of the car, street where i lived 12 years back etc...ACH cannot be done. You don't know whether it will go or not? Moreover customer service of PNC is the worst among any of the banks. More than 1 hr. and 15 minutes of wait time. Customer service is overwhelmed by various products that PNC offer and very much confused. If you open a business account with them, you might be spending more time in terms of how to make this business bank account work rather than your core business. They have all sort of excuses for this sluggish service like BBVA merger etc...Business account is too complex - Pinnacle integration and all a lot of other stuff which is made just to get as much money from the customers. If you schedule an ACH transfer you cannot cancel it. Unnecessary limits are being put in terms of amount of money which can come in and outflow even for enterprise treasury account. Finally when I complained to local branch manager then I am being told "open account some where else...we are 167 years old bank"

Went in to get some cash out of my account and service was great. For the fairly limited staff this branch has, very efficient.

PNC in general is a horrible bank. I tried opening up a personal checking account a few years ago for a bank bonus and it was horrible that I just gave up half way. Multiple issues with logging in. I am now trying the same for a business checking account bank bonus and it's the same issues. Can't login online, had to go to the branch, Debit card came in 4 weeks later, and doesn't work. It's not just this branch, PNC in general is a terrible bank. Don't waste your time.

When it was BBVA Compass, was very good. Once it become PNC it's most horrible bank I ever saw . DO NOT BANK HERE, if you want to become a customer it's like stepping into mud puddle. Stay away especially Business Accounts. They don't have proper integration and evey question you need to make 100 calls and even though it won't resolve. Very poor customer service, very very poor online system, not integrated properly creates nightmare. *STAY AWAY & MOVE OUT*

The teller through the drive thru commercial line do not greet you or inform you that they are working on your transaction... The video teller is a lot better on mute and do not ask for deposit slips that aren't even provided...

Worst bank ever: I had an appt at 1230 and had to leave at 2pm without getting seen. Poorly staffed: they do not care or value you or your time.

Worst experience with a bank ever. Went in to close accounts, removed all funds and then 6 months later there are all sorts of fees as they didn’t actually close the account but left it open charging me each month. Horrible customer service, won’t let you do wire transfers over a certain amount, charges you when you move more than a certain amount from savings to checking. Folks at the corporate office say they can’t help either that it is the branch’s responsibility. Horrible bank will never do business with them again and recommend everyone avoid!

This location is good if they are still open. They have always been nice to me, and helpful. I have not had any issues with them so far. They are a bank that appreciates your business and do not care about your race, color, or sex. They also have a great service, and technologically advanced apps. I do not know why some people are saying negative things about this bank location. I would not trust a review that do not explain why they are dissatisfied. Some people are just angry because of their own negligence, and inability to do things right. However, their are times that a customer complain is real, and that is when they explain themselves why in a clear enough fashion and have a reasonable cause.

I visited this branch on 10/20/17 to make business deposits . I arrived at 9:05 and waited 20 minutes before my deposits were completed. During that time, I watched the customers come and go with no attention to me. I later called the manager and made excuse about how he was short staffed being busy. If that was the case why was I left unattended as customers were making transactions and leaving while I waited in the commercial lane. I informed the manger that customer service is important and he was not interested in my opinion. As a manager, making excuses to a customer is not acceptable and having over the top customer service should be high priority. I will not visit this branch anymore and if they need training on good customer service visit the Forest and Preston Road Compass Branch.
