Best cosmetics store in Jacksonville, Florida (FL) 2024

Spoke to Kayla in the pharmacy and there couldn't be a more rude person in the customer service industry. I take a prescription that is given in a 30 day supply. I picked it up on the 11th of February and today is the 11th of March. Yes there is 28 days in February. I picked it up and took it on the 11th. That makes today day 29. When I pointed out that she was wrong and to please take another look at the calendar and count the days, she literally said to me "we don't need your business, go to a different pharmacy". I am in customer service and could never imagine speaking to a customer like that. No im not an addict, I take my medication exactly how it's prescribed. I have a weekend getaway planned for my fiance and was trying to fill my prescription literally one day early. Please Kayla, do customers a favor and get a job that you enjoy. Maybe it's the power trip of telling people no or not wanting to be wrong but she's miserable. ~Kevin

This location gets a star for existing. To start, the pharmacy frequently runs out of stock. As for recent history, a few months back I went to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy, and there was somebody manning the desk who didn't work in the pharmacy. I appreciate them helping me out, but they were stressed out from working mandatory overtime in a department they were uncomfortable working. Not a good sign. Fast forward to July of 2022. Pharmacy closed in the middle of the day for lunch break. There's 4 or 5 people behind the curtain who appear to be working, but when I asked if the pharmacy is closed, they told me they're on lunch. So I grab a magazine and decide to wait. People continually walk up to the curtain and ask if the pharmacy is closed. A couple people ask for a key to the locked bathroom. Confusion abounds, and the workers are constantly pestered during their break. Why does everybody take their lunch at the same time? And why are they working through their lunch break? Truly some terrible management decisions at this location, and some questionable labor practices. ~Andrew

I must say that this pharmacy leaves me frustrated more times than not. Nonetheless, I must give the pharmacist credit for going out of her way to resolve an issue my MD's office created. Perhaps another chance is warranted. Stay tuned .. ~Kirk

Every time I come here they are closed. If it’s after midnight, don’t expect them to be open. There are workers walking around with a closed sign on the door. I need to get ibuprofen for my sick daughter and it’s so frustrating to drive around to multiple stores and have every one be closed, even though they are advertising as 24 hours. I asked an employee during the day why this is and the answer, “We are understaffed so they can’t fire us. We can pretty much do what we want”. Had this not been an emergency I wouldn’t have even tried to come in tonight. ~Brittany
