What's the point of the appointment system? I know the people here are just doing their jobs, but this cvs is struggling.

The glass employee Crystal had a TERRIBLE attention with us. zero manners. bad attitude to explain how to perform the covic test. Horrible experience. They should fire her and so no one has to receive that treatment again.

This location gets a star for existing. To start, the pharmacy frequently runs out of stock. As for recent history, a few months back I went to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy, and there was somebody manning the desk who didn't work in the pharmacy. I appreciate them helping me out, but they were stressed out from working mandatory overtime in a department they were uncomfortable working. Not a good sign. Fast forward to July of 2022. Pharmacy closed in the middle of the day for lunch break. There's 4 or 5 people behind the curtain who appear to be working, but when I asked if the pharmacy is closed, they told me they're on lunch. So I grab a magazine and decide to wait. People continually walk up to the curtain and ask if the pharmacy is closed. A couple people ask for a key to the locked bathroom. Confusion abounds, and the workers are constantly pestered during their break. Why does everybody take their lunch at the same time? And why are they working through their lunch break? Truly some terrible management decisions at this location, and some questionable labor practices.

This was the worst cvs I’ve ever been in. I tried to get photos printed for Father’s Day and they kept coming out bad. To get help I had to hunt employees down. They were So unprofessional and unhelpful. All wearing headphones in both of their ears and I kept having to repeat Myself for them. I just left unhappy. It’s customer service job.. and they had zero. Hire better people.

John the manager was an absolute treasure. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and comforting while I fumbled with getting to my Care card. He made sure I got my discount. My favorite CVS store for sure!

If I could give them a zero I would. A woman was on the drive through line for 30 minutes. You can’t leave because you are wedged in by cars. CVS obviously did not tell her to move on since there was a string of six cars behind her. I hope that lady reads this because she are a selfish rude and many other words I should not put in here. But CVS!!!!!! I am pulling all my bills I was. I am telling everyone I know and people I don’t know to pull their business.

Dr called in prescription at 4pm on Fri. Went to pick it up, but was told I couldn't pickup prescription because it was 1 day to early to refill. Was told they opened at 9am on Sat and to come back. Went back Sat at 5:15pm and was told I couldn't get prescription filled because it has to be called in the day it's filled because it is a narcotic. Told them the Dr. called it in yesterday, on Fri. They still didn't want to fill it because they said wasn't enough time since they closed at 6pm. After arguing with them, I told them I would drive back around and get back in line, but they still wouldn't guarantee it to be filled. I sat in line another 20 min. Finally got my medicine. One other thing, it was the same Pharmacist that was on duty and I spoke to directly both days.
