I wish I could give negative stars. I pulled up to the drive thru for "CHILDREN's" Tylenol! First I sat there looking that 2 ppl. So if I could see them they could see me! Finally I pressed the button. And 1 of them walked away. The other Finally Picked up. But NEVER moved bc she was right by the phone the connects to the window. When I asked for the Tylenol she rudely told me that I could not get over the counter meds through the pharmacy drive through. I stated that the sign on the wall right there by the window states that I can!! She got nasty and had the audacity to tell me that she "didn't have time to shop for me!!" Due to there being 2 ppl in the Pharmacy! Mind you the one that walked off 1as just standing there talking to the one who picked up the window phone! First off, she wouldn't have to "shop" bc I asked for ONE THING!! Second the nerve of her! Obviously if I'm asking for "CHILDREN'S TYLENOL " then it's for a sick CHILD. I'm a single mother of a 1 year old and a 2 year old whom were in the car at the time so I wasn't going to leave them in the car alone OR take them out and they are super sick already!! This one is one of the few CVS's that are 14 hours!! I will be contacting the GM and corporate!!

This CVS pharmacy is so bad that I'm literally changing my health insurance plan so I no longer have to use it. Get your prescriptions somewhere else if you can.

The black lady running the minute clinic was so uninterested in giving me service that she literally told me I don’t need it and she canceled my appointment. Its despicable that such LAZY staff are paid to work in a place of “healthcare”.

This CVS claims to be open 24 hours and is closed literally every single time I try to stop by in the morning. Why would you advertise as being 24 hours if you’re going to just be open whenever you feel like it with a handwritten closed sign on the door?

The pharmacist here is very rude and so is the staff. He tried to give me my medication that needs to be refrigerated in a plain bag without any type of ice bag. When I asked for an ice pack I was told no. I explained this med only comes refrigerated and was told so what, it can be left out for up to 7 days. I had tonrefuse to take it and leave without my medication. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Showed up at 5:15 am to get some baby Tylenol and the doors were locked. After I knocked on the door, some guy finally came out from the back and kept pointing at the door…I kept saying I couldn’t understand and he walked by. I finally understand “look at the door”. There is condensation on glass and I finally saw a small hand written sign that says closed. Unacceptable. I drove over here to get medicine for my baby and the rude employee inside expected me and the other people trying to get in to read a hard ro read sign through a wet window.

Every time I come here they are closed. If it’s after midnight, don’t expect them to be open. There are workers walking around with a closed sign on the door. I need to get ibuprofen for my sick daughter and it’s so frustrating to drive around to multiple stores and have every one be closed, even though they are advertising as 24 hours. I asked an employee during the day why this is and the answer, “We are understaffed so they can’t fire us. We can pretty much do what we want”. Had this not been an emergency I wouldn’t have even tried to come in tonight.

Pharmacy even if packed always does a great job helping you and getting what you need as quickly as possible. Joanne the manager is absolutely amazing and cares about her job and the customers.

This pharmacy is beyond bad. The staff have told me that my meds are in process and then tell Me it’s another three days. My meds prescribed by doctor which need to be taken 3 times a day have been 1 questioned by non pharmacy members (just the front staff or person answering phones 2 implied I am getting too many too soon when in fact there is a record that each of the Meds not only is 30 days every month but longer because they play this incredibly stupid game of “we are processing. It “ “oh we don’t have that til next week “ or “first come first Served”. When I have a standing 3 month script from my doctor -the Florida system pharma is flawed but CVS San Juan Blvd makes it 10 Times Worst. Can’t wait til I can get different pharmacy approved by my doctor
