I spent a week determining what new clubs I wanted to buy and then searched for a local shop that had them in stock. I went to Golf Galaxy today at 3:30 to purchase the clubs. I walked in and there were four employees standing at the front. I made my way to the club area and found the set I was interested in however it was the display set. I walked over to the aisle to look for an associate and the four guys were still hanging out at the front. Two others walked straight by me and look the other direction as they past as if they could not be bothered. After 20 minutes, I left. At the front door I ask one of the four people who were still just hanging out there if he was the manager- he politely said not but pointed to the other guy. I let them know my frustration and he said “that’s not good”. The “manager” never even bothered to say a word!!! $1,400 I will take to the PGA Superstore and never be back- It’s a shame- the simplicity of customer service is dead! Nobody cares a lock about taking care of a customer anymore. Best of luck if you decide to do business here…. ~Todd

Are they open? They have great service and staff! They work hard and always have a smile !! You never see this kind of staff at gas stations because management always dumps on them and put them down! Here it’s different they seem happy. ~Dp

When I visit my parents I stop by often, they are all always so awesome, welcome & helpful! There’s a mini food truck area right across the street too. The spot for late night snacks! 😂 They make some legit pressed sandwiches too! Thanks guys! ~nikki

We have been customers for over 15 yeArs. (Even before when we were customers with Singular) My husband, daughter and I are in a family plan We went in to see different options to upgrade (which you would think would make the sales person happy). The gentleman we got was rude, didn’t explain the plans and got on my daughters case for being the user with most data usage - which was none of his business. And even if it was of his concern, we are the ones who pay the bill. As a family plan we did not go over our usage. Even with his belittling attitude we presses him for more options which he just got a flier out and handed it to us. It was such bad service and belittling experience that we went over to TMobile and upgraded to everything we were looking for. This was a difficult decision as we are loyal and my husband had a 25 % discount because of the company he works for. We lost the 25 percent with AT&T but are so happy with the options and flexibility we got with T mobile. You would think AT&T would train their employees to provide better customer service. ~robyn

Super fun place!! The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and nice! Great for groups and families , they have a variety of things to do so you don't all have to agree on something! We definitely want to do bowling next time, the wait was a little long. The kids loved the rope course and zipline! There's plenty of entertainment for adults and a bar. The only thing that was a bummer was the bathroom was broken and you had to leave to go to the bathroom elsewhere, not taking away stars because those things happen. Highly recommend and GREAT for teenagers!! ~ali
