I was a Sprint customer with a Samsung S9. Now that Sprint merged with T mobile I knew I could get a new phone at the closest Sprint or T mobile store. This one at Freedom Square is the closest so I chose to go and upgrade the phone. NOPE , I was told I would have to go to a Sprint store. Long story short, I went to the T mobile on Marco. They were knowledgeable and so helpful. I got my S21 and will always go to the T mobile on Marco. Thus one at Freedom Square needs to have the management and staff re trained!!! ~Meek

Will not shop here. Watched the manager assault a kid the other day. Over a pack of skittles then when she was wrong she threw the kids skittles on the ground and told the mother and child not to come back. District needs to do something about this. That was crazy, and they didn't even look poor. I mean they drove out of her in a Porsche cheyenne ~Diamond

One of the employee’s had a nasty attitude he kept trying to convince me to upgrade my phone after I said no so many times I just wanted to pay it off. Than he just went to help another costumer and told another employee to help us because he didn’t know “sprint stuff” . Never will go there again ~adrian

I had a special delivery for my husband who is in FL. It was for the day of our 22nd Anniversary. Wanted to surprise him with the delivery at the hotel right moment he would be there. Hotel never answered but John and his staff made sure delivery was there at the right time 😁. Delivery order was also placed the evening before. I am so thankful for their help with this. Also my husband said the fruit was absolutely delicious!! Thank you. Amazing when a business goes above and beyond for their customers which is not often now in days. ~Vivian
